All was excellent

Enjoyed our stay at Times Square Suite Hotel during our first visit to Kuwait. Our room was of a good size, relatively clean and had a super comfortable bed. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, and our daily breakfast served to the room was tasty and sufficient in variety. Location was also convenient being close walking distance to local shopping area, and generally a short drive to most tourist areas. Recommendations/complaints: Lighting in the room was too dim and proved inconvenient when getting ready. Shower cubicle was a little narrow and awkward to use, and both the room AC and swimming pool had no heating/warming option making it almost impossible to use during the night or winter season in general. The gym was also currently out of use due to renovation.

Once again Id like to thank my Time Square family for making my vacation one to remember. I am always looking forward to my return. Thank you Mr. Mohammad for all you do. And thank you to the staff for all your hard work and dedication. Love you guys. And see you next time.

حجزت غرفة مع افطار وواي فاي مجانا وادعى الفندق عدم الحجز بالافطار بالاضافه الى ان المكيف يسرب ماء كثير فوق الخزانه ورائة الاكل عبر المكيفات مقرفه

Bathroom is very bad. Jacoyzi is broken and very small. Very dangerous to take a shower.

Location not very good. But value for money.

値段相応ではないと思います。 ①廊下の話し声が筒抜けで聞こえてくる。 ②周辺の環境は思わしくない。

Comfortable. Clean. Nice, helpful staff. Second time staying here in Dubai in the past year. I'd do it again. The bang is worth the buck.

If u need a place for just sleeping .. this is the one. Not good for long stay... Just one day is enough. Poor services (like a taxi, currency exchange, no drinking water, Coffee or tea , ) The bed is like a trolly.. Easily moving every whare... U can't stay on it while u watching the TV.
