We loved staying at the Alaia resort. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the air conditioning worked well and the property was well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back!

From the time we were picked up at the airport until the time they dropped us back off, everyone at the Alaia was top notch. Our room was amazing, the pools were really clean and not crowded, the food was good and service was really great. Honestly, I have nothing below great to say about any aspect of the resort. If you are scheduled excursions, make it easy and use the resort as there is minimal savings to search it somewhere else. Take advantage of the morning coffee and walk to a breakfast stand for a fry jack breakfast, you will not be disappointed.

The room was beautiful and clean. We were on the 4rh floor and had 3 balconies all with beautiful views. We dis thw all inxlusice so really didn't cook in the kitchen, but it was fully equipped had we wanted ro. The food at all their restaurants waa amazing and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. We would dedinitely go back

Property was amazing! The staff went beyond for me after leaving my swimsuits and Stanley cup (gift from my kids) back on the Mainland. They did everything possible to make sure I got them back! Pool and beach view was amazing! Food was delicious! I can’t remember the bartender name but she is a young melanin skinned pretty young lady. She made the first best impression my first night there! She definitely needs recognition!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT HERE!! I plan to come back to Belize pretty frequently and would choose to stay here every time. The staff was amazing, the room was clean, and the property was gorgeous. 10/10 recommend.

We stayed at the Reef House, which was perfect for us. It was very well appointed and clean. The resort amenities were excellent, particularly the pools. The food at Sea Salt and The Deck was excellent, and our grandkids loved the Ocean Pizzeria.

This was my second stay at Alaia. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere relaxing, and the food was excellent. Some issues stood out. The shower temperature fluctuated from very hot to warm. The drapes don’t fully overlap at night, affecting privacy. Service at the pool bar was inconsistent on both stays. I waited long periods while staff talked among themselves, sometimes with more staff behind the bar than guests waiting. On one occasion, I left to buy a drink elsewhere. My wife and sister had similar experiences. My wife was asked if she was staying at the hotel and for her room number before being served, while another guest nearby was served first. Additionally, I requested a plunger before leaving for a tour. It wasn’t addressed, and I had to follow up at the front desk around 1 a.m. after a long day. Overall, the property has strong potential. With more consistent service and follow-through, it could match the quality of its setting.
