Convenient location and good service. Staff are nice. Breakfast is good. Only thing is that their carparking space is limited in number and needs separate payment.

Hotel great, except for the bed that was rock hard so didn’t sleep very well for 2 nights!

Ideal location for Ashford international tram station. Can walk into town and cinema within 10mins/15 max. Curious brewery opposite is lovely. Great breakfast included lots of choice and nice rooms. Low bed. Gym looked but forgot my trainers. £12.50 a day to park.

Immaculately clean, wonderful staff, and a beautiful facility. Everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

The room was so clean. Only a small request to upgrade the bed. Comfortable but sqeeking on every move. Otherwise i will recommend as a good hotel to stay in.

Consistent with the Hampton’s experience in Canterbury minus the historic setting. Comfortable room with a 55” Samsung TV, 70-90Mbs broadband as standard, large shower and rich breakfast buffet.

I was given an accessible room which was good but felt the shower lacked power and was small

Staff were friendly and really helpful, parking is a bit of an issue I was unaware I had to book a place before hand however we were lucky the reception staff was able to sort us out, room was spotless and clean my only issue was the pillows were too soft and mattress was too hard for me, otherwise I would give 5 stars. 6 mins away from the outlet!! Amazing!!!

The room and communal areas were spotlessly clean and spacious. I checked in around 8:15pm and visited the restaurant/bar. At 9pm, I returned to the room to settle in for the night. The WiFi had a terrible connection which massively affected the TV. The tv would only stay on for around 1-3 mins, and was either pixelated/a black screen or turned off altogether. The heating device did not work so the room was freezing all night. I rang reception on three separate occasions between 9-10pm and no one answered despite me ringing for a long time . Following my visit, I was informed that three staff were supposed to be overseeing the desk. No one was on reception when I returned to my room that evening. The staff member I emailed following my visit was apologetic and explained that someone would have been able to help me had they answered the phone. Had these issues not occurred, it would have been a pleasant stay.
