In the most part we had a fab stay, we did have a few things to feed back in regards to our stay that we feel could of been a bit better.

Basic for £120 per night. Breakfast qas included but noone was around at 7:30.The door to the bar was locked.No cars in the carpark and am sure i was the only person in the building all night.Had to goto a macdonalds for Breakfast.

We three ladies enjoyed our very comfortable stay here and couldn’t have been happier with the staff, their kindness and hospitality was above and beyond. Breakfast was great too.

Great venue with lovely rooms and food

We arrived to discover that the "hotel" is actually a place for people with cars to meet up!!! The "hotel" would appear to be an add on to a car show & merchandise shop. There were dozens of cars lined up, with hundreds of people looking at them. Boys and their toys kind of place. Suped-up cars and their owners drinking & showing them off until gone 10pm. We arrived and we advised to park around the back. We then tried to find reception, which we never did find. No one to ask initailly, so went into the shop and asked. We were told to go to "the bar". So, we went to the bar to join a queue of people ordering alcohol, from a single server. This seemed wholly inappropriate, so I went to find someone else. I asked 4 people and they all said join the queue at the bar! Utterly shocking that hotel guests are treated like this. My husband went around the queue and inquired as to how we book in. They server said to wait for someone! In total we waited almost 20 minutes to be seen. At which point I was cross, my husband annoyed and our autistic son in a state of anxiety. We expressed our disdain, which they apologised for, but couldnt answer why they is no reception. We were led to our room.... up 1.5 flights of stairs and no lift. Room was spacious and clean. But we could hear the noise outside our window all night. It was also stiflingly in the room despite a mediocre fan. Couldn't open the window due to noice & car fumes. Breakfast was lovely, but took a long time to arrive.

interesting place to view a multitude of different cars. Loads of parking. A real meeting of minds and vehicles. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. All staff were great.

Must-visit for a car person, a good stay for anyone else. Amazing location with beautiful garden with a perfect event venue. Lovely shop with great service. Good location for countryside exploration.

Amazing stay

Great staff but stay spoilt by some kind of motor pump that was on all night and disturbed our sleep.

Outstanding! Petrolhead Heaven! Friendly greetings and helpful staff aplenty, from the CarPark marshalls to the folk sorting breakfast the next morning. Amazing atmosphere too. If you like cars and Motorsport, just go there!

Lovely chilled atmosphere, room was great, comfy bed, very clean bathroom, great view over car park watching visitors heading home. Only downside was the very limited breakfast as the chef was not available, wouldn't put us off another stay though.

£140 was top end and this stay did not warrant the cost of the room. The room was clean and well-presented but no desk or chair to sit at was required as on business. The Cafe was basic with limited menu, No cooked breakfast just a breakfast basket which I had not anticipated. Milk is shared from a communal fridge on the landing. Upon arrival and loaded with bags I had to navigate a packed bar area and wait to be served with my room key. The Car gatherings outside were interesting but this was a disappointing experience given the room rate charged. I will not be back.

Very unique hotel, spacious and interesting room, and overall a great experience with very helpful staff

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is left on a box outside the room every morning. Limited restaurant.

Great stay, very helpful staff. Bit of confusion over breakfast as we were told it would be a continental left outside of our room, but actually it was a great breakfast roll in the restaurant.
