Me Robaron unos lentes y todavía el de recepción me dijo que por seguridad no podían pedirle a quien los robó que bajara a dejar los lentes a recepción yo tengo que saber qué persona no puede estar frente a pertenencias ajenas sin ROBARLAS Y TODAVÍA DECIR QUE SE CONFUNDIÓ Y EL CHICO DECIRME QUE POR SEGURIDAD NO PODÍA YO SABER QUIEN TOMÓ ALGO QUE NO ERA SUYO NI IR A RECUPERAR MI PERTENENCIA CUANDO CLARAMENTE YO NO COSAS QUE NO ME PERTENECÍAN.

Love this hotel. We’ve been going every year since 2021. It’s clean and quiet. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. This time I was helped by Monica at the front desk. She was wonderful! Every time we came in she greeted us and had the biggest smile. We will definitely be back next year.

Me cancelaron la reservación y nunca me mandaron ningún correo ni nada de información hasta que llegue a la propiedad me di cuenta que me habían cancelado la reservación a la 1 de la mañana..

Everything was fresh and the breakfast area was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great breakfast. We would happily stay here again!

Todo estuvo muy bien lo único las almohadas o las fundas tenían un olor como umedas o como si las lavaran solo con agua y no le pusieran jabón.
