There wasn’t much heads up that the pool would be closed for a holiday - felt like we overpaid for what was advertised. Our room wasn’t cleaned but the staff had clearly been in to refresh towels. When we returned from our outing our door was not properly closed (following this towel refresh), leaving our stuff vulnerable to theft.

Very clean but waterslide was only operational for less than 30 minutes.

Overall, it is a great hotel to stay at! You are about 10min walk from Summerside's waterfront, you are about 2min walk to the gym (which has free access to the gym+pool with your hotel room card!), free breakfast with a daily surprise (we had banana bread and freshly baked croissants!) and the property is newer, which is great. The room is on the small side, but had everything you'd expect from a hotel room: comfy beds, mini fridge and coffee maker, TV and A/C unit. The airflow in the bathroom could be changed, as our towels weren't drying at all, but besides that it was perfect!

Had a great stay. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice location; walkable to the downtown boardwalk and restaurants.

Great stay, very clean

The room was super clean, beds were very comfortable, a fabulous view of the bay and a great location to walk along the bay and nearby restaurants. The staff were super helpful and in particular Paula who worked the evening shift. She checked us in and gave useful information about what to do and see in Summerside.

Our family loved our stay at this hotel! Lots for the kids to do.

Staff Who checked me out will not give me a receipt for the hold mount and argued with me. I told her, if you hold my cc, you should give me a receipt that you did not charge anything on my cc.

Everything was great! The front desk staff were super helpful, especially Paula. The hotel is connected to the city’s recreation centre and has a fabulous pool. My kids were disappointed that they couldn’t go in the hot tub, as it was for 16 and older. The room was bright and clean. Nothing to complain about.

Room & Hotel were clean & modern. We would definitely be willing to stay in the future. Wish that the breakfast time was extended later than 9:00, even 9:30 would be more reasonable.

Awesome place to stay in Summerside, comfortable and cozy!

We booked a suite and when we got there we were downgraded to two queen beds and no discounted room

Staff was nice in particular those at breakfast, keeping things stocked and clean. Breakfast, there were limited options to choose, but it was good enough. Room was ok, bed was comfortable and 3 pillows were provided, the shower was not properly clean and don’t expect shower cap or little bottle of lotion. The access to the community center gym and pull was a plus, we took advantage of it.

Very modern, clean and cheerful hotel. Will stay there again.
