小巧可愛的飯店，工作人員非常親切，房間跟飯店公共設施都非常乾淨。

Very new hotel and many restaurants around, very busy area during Friday to Sunday evening until 1-2am. Bathroom lighting very bad, too dark or too bright! Stay 4 nights but never refill coffee capsules. Buffet Breakfast not much choice and very crowded during weekend.

Good location for exploring from. Nice restaurants and bars very near by. Hop on Hop Off stop not too far away. Great hotel.

This hotel was one of the best stays I've had in a very long time. The location was excellent! Our room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! Water pressure in the shower was excellent (I have thick curly hair)! We had a room with a city view terrace and loved it. The hotel staff was very very accommodating and did their best to meet our needs (early check in). The hotel itself is laid out in such a fun way. We met so many nice people at the lobby bar and around. Right outside the hotel, either way you walked were great restaurants and cafes! We ate very well during our 3 night stay. The only negative was that we didn't have longer to enjoy the space! Definitely book this hotel, you will not regret it!

Hotel com um designer muito legal, bom restaurante e ótimo ambiente de lobby ! Porém tivemos um problema que o ar condicionado do nosso quarto não estava funcionando e nos alteram de quarto após não conseguir a solução, e no novo quarto as tomadas não funcionam apenas uma no quarto funcionava ! Mas creio que isso foi apenas um problema eventual e pelo fato de termos chegado a noite a equipe de manutenção não estava a disposição! Mas super recomendo, ótima localização e ótimo café da manhã !

This hotel is fabulous! The decor is funky and interesting, ALL the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, there was a good variety at the breakfast buffet. We hung out outside by the pool/fountain (wish it was a functional pool) and watched a Fifa match in their cool TV room. It was close to everything....the train station, nightlife, restaurants and more!! The rooms are a good size, we enjoyed our balcony. The only thing is that I think there should be more space to store toiletries or put the clothes you'll wear after a shower in the bathroom. Not a big deal, that would not stop me from coming back. Overall, for the 6 of us (in 3 rooms) it was a great stay and we would return!

Chic and Basic Gravity is in a very convenient location to see all of the major tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet is lovely! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a garden view room but other than overlooking the pool, we had a view of the back of other buildings. Parking was convenient but limited and not available for our first night. There is a parking garage nearby.

Good location, friendly & welcoming staff. First time Expedia perks were mentioned and offered without asking. Air conditioning was incredible. Bathroom was very small, sink is tiny. Breakfast could improve, hot options were cold (eggs, bacon, mushrooms, beans, etc). Overall good stay.

Reiser gjerne tilbake. Kult hotell og vennlige og imøtekommende ansatte. Litt tull med innsjekk og om du booker parkeringsplass, så dobbeltsjekk at de har holdt av plass. Anbefaler hotellet på det sterkeste. Ligger spot on ift severdigheter og spisesteder.

Rent og hyggelig hotell sentralt i Porto. Vi fikk oppgradering av rom med en hyggelig takveranda. Personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsom. Eneste minus var at frokosten skulle være fra 07.30. Den dagen vi ønsket tidlig frokost var den ikke klar. Personalet var i gang med å ordne til, men vi hadde liten tid så det ble stress for oss. Kaffemaskinen fungerte litt til og fra da sikringen gikk. Ikke den beste kaffen. Melkepulver gir sjelden en god cappuccino.

Design, modern, comfortable, and very practical hotel situated in a nice area

The hotel was just on the perimeter of the downtown. Everything was within walking distance. Lovely facility and lively entertainment right outside the hotel. Would recommend to anyone.

Unique designs

Ett utmärkt boende centralt i Porto, Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma vilket inte alltid händer när man bokat via en boknings site. Bra och trevliga rum mot gatan men tyst, bra frukost och man kände sig verkligen välkommen trotts att det var en stor årlig festival (23 juni Festa de São João do Porto) som personalen väl förberedde oss på. Kan väl rekommendera och glöm inte att titta till texten på flaskorna i duschen. Då får man ett extra smil och vistelsen blir bara bättre.
