The staff were super helpful and welcoming. There is a hotel restaurant in the building next door which does breakfast and dinner. The menu looked great but I didn’t get chance to have my breakfast as my transport back to Windhoek arrived at 7am (worth bearing in mind if you are booking a shared shuttle bus back to the city)!

Spacious room and bathroom, fairly basic but tasty buffet breakfast, excellent location for walking to beach, pier and town.

We don’t drink the tap water away from home but they only gave one bottle for duration of stay. Just a minor things

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Teppich ist mit Flecken übersäht. Im Bad rosten einige Teile , bzw hängen daneben. Im Treppenhaus hängen einige Kabel herum. Aber das Frühstück ist hervorragend.

Large room with comfortable facilities. Great staff, who went out of their way to make sure I was able to get a cab to Walvis Bay in time to kayak with seals and still make my flight back to Cape Town.

Close to the center, bar, restaurant, shops and the sea by walk, overall nice hotel with good location. However the hot water is missing when the hotel have big groups and it only comes back around 7 am... a bit annoying when you shuttle for the activity is supposed to arrive at 7h30 and you also have to eat your breakfast.

New construction so you won't find any "old world" charm here. But it is clean, well fitted with everything you need, great location. Beds/bedding quality excellent, bathrooms well equipped. Breakfast service was more than adequate. Stayed 4 nights and cannot complain. Also, we had to make a change to our reservation at the last minute and the hotel accommodated us with no penalty. Much appreciated! Only issue - as a family that booked 2 rooms, would have been slightly easier for us if the rooms were adjacent. Night manager couldn't resolve this when we checked in (though the adjacent rooms were empty), and we didn't bother to ask thereafter. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind.

Perfect in every way with wonderful staff, comfortable room and great location near beach and town. My only issue was when I showered at night the water didn’t get hot in my room 15.
