Extraordinary, a staff called Dan is exceptionally friendly n helpful. He has helped us to overcome the trouble from the electrical appliances. The view is gorgeous n beautiful.

Cleanliness could be vastly improved. The floor was sticky, and when we tried to wipe it after dripping some water on the floor, the wipes came up black. Housekeeping is bare minimum (literally only changing of towels and making of beds), and they didn't even do that well. We had two rooms, and they only changed the towels in one on one of the nights. When we discovered that we were short of towels, there was no way to contact anyone because the front desk was closed, and there was no phone in the room to call anyone. Stay if you don't care about cleanliness.

Loved the sauna and spa as our weather wasn’t great. View also very good.

Great location, easy 10minutes walk to Broadbeach main restaurant/ cafe hub and shops. Beach close, 3 minute walk Room layout well planned. Very clean Exceptional pool and spa area. Quiet throughout building. Some noise during day due to construction however new buildings popping up everywhere so just part of progress. Light rail also at end of the street

This hotel has absolutely been my highlight of my trip through Australia! First of all, the building is still brand new. Also, the rooms are very modern, spotlessly clean and very stylish! Everyone was really friendly and helpful. If I should ever come back to Gold Coast, I'll make sure to book this hotel again!

오션뷰보다 시티뷰가 더 좋음. 바다도 보이고 시내도 보여서 주야간 뷰가 확실히 좋음. 실내 인테이리어도 고급스러움. 냉장고 정수기가 작동이 안되고 건조기도 제대로 작동이 안됨.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

We really loved our stay here. The pool was fantastic for the kids, with a shallow area perfect for our three-year-old and a deeper section that our seven-year-old thoroughly enjoyed. The gym and sauna were also excellent. Our room was very well equipped, and we especially loved the beautiful views of both the ocean and the hinterland. We would absolutely stay here again. The maintenance staff member we met was also incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience.
