Beautiful room, beautiful building. Loved the location to the train station and the city centre. Breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, helpful and provided a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The room was excellent and very clean and was well maintained during our 4 night stay.

Clean room with refrigerator with free bottle water, sodas; excellent staff help, good breakfast to start the day, Bar in lobby. Non smoking.

We stayed for one night at the end of our road trip round Italy and it was the best night’s sleep of the whole trip! The bed was so incredibly comfortable, the bed linens were insanely soft and the room was quiet despite the central location. The air con worked well, the shower was very good and toiletries provided were excellent. We also appreciated the free drinks in the minibar! The reception staff were friendly, particularly the gentleman on checkout. There isn’t parking onsite, but we parked in a car park only a few minutes walk away and paid €18 for 24 hours. The car park was locked overnight (8pm-7:30am) so it felt secure and we didn’t need a car while we explored Genoa as the hotel is so conveniently located. We didn’t have dinner or breakfast at the hotel as there were so many great options in town. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly and would rebook it.
