根本不是5星酒店，酒店太舊，而且沒有修整，泳池壞了，修理好又沒有通知，返正是一次感覺很差的酒店，第二天聯系你們要求更換酒店，但沒有任何人理我，對此處住宿萬分不滿意，5星級的價錢但連2星級酒店都不如，請大家以後一定不要住這間酒店🏨

The bath tubs are too high and it is dangerous for us to climb in and out of it, especially when it is slippery! Second, there should be 2 bottles of water when 2 persons are sharing the room. The location is excellent with a good view of the old town!

Indtjekning gik fint med venligt personale. Vi havde bestilt en ekstra opredning til et barn på 12 år. Det var en tremmeseng, der først blev flyttet to dage senere. Der er meget nedslidt. Vi oplevede at komme tilbage til værelset efter en tur og rengøringen havde glemt at lukke vores dør. Morgenmaden var ekstremt hektisk og af lav kvalitet. Der hang toiletpapir fra balkonen over os, der ikke blev fjernet selvom vi påtalte det. Flere gange glemte rengøringen at give nok håndklæder.

Every room having a balcony - good. Good size rooms. Limited choice on breakfast buffet for a week - the same food every day. Reception staff helpful with any questions. Daily had to keep requesting for towels as when the room was serviced, no towels were left. Unfortunately in the bar on floor 2, some guests/visitors were given good service when others were not. Some people came into the bar eating and were asked to leave. Others were not asked to leave -this does not seem fair.

The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel's location is very central and close to the old city.

The hotel is old for sure, but has character. The rooms are clean, comfy beds. The lobby is beautiful. Amazing pool, jacuzzi and a beautiful terrace for sunbathing and enjoying the views of the city from the 22nd floor. Located in old city centre close to amazing restaurants. Safe and staff is amazing. Definitely recommend to stay here

Very central, very need underground station. Building old and tired, rooms meed refurbishing Fridge did not work, have to climb over large bathtub to shower. Breakfast lots of choice, not very good quality. Good for 1 or 2 nights

Hyvä ja siisti hotelli. Aamiaistila oli todella ruuhkainen ja välillä kaikki pöydät täynnä (otanta klo. 8.30-10.30). Muutoin laaja valikoima tarjottavia.

Very clean and quiet room, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean pool with a nice view patio. Great restaurant and bar. Super easy location close to everything.

Its a nice hotel with a lovely front entrance , small bar . Its needs updating.

Enjoyed a 5 day break in Bucharest in the Grand Hotel. Very good location close to the Old Town. The 100 airport bus stops across from the hotel. The room is adequate, very comfortable twin beds, although the high bath/ shower may be difficult to access if you have mobility issues. large tv in the room. No table or chairs on the balcony. Very good indoor pool and gym. A poor point is the breakfast.... Minute plates, grilled breakfast was mostly cold each morning. Staff were very helpful and resolved a noise issue to my satisfaction. All in all, a very good hotel, but I wouldn't say 5*.

Great stay

Amazing spot in downtown - I wish I had longer to stay but very accommodating and I loved the 12pm checkout and buffet breakfast till 11am on the weekend!
