Staff went out of their way to provide an excellent service and deal with queries, all of them, and we spoke to about six during our 3 night stay. Wi-Fi was a problem however, partly due to local geography. Would it not be simple just to put in an ID and a password which could be contained in room info?
Breakfast was excellent, as was the restaurant but it was a surprise not to have a "help yourself" area with cereal, yoghourt, fruit and juices for those who do not want a cooked breakfast. I did however try 3 different cooked breakfasts and enjoyed all of them, as well as the interesting Rooibos tea.
The above are meant to be constructive criticisms, more than outweighed by everything else. We could come back again.
