極佳

연휴를 맞아 방문한 괌에서 묵은 숙소입니다. 클럽룸에 숙박해서 클럽라운지도 자주 이용했는데, 칵테일아워의 음식들이 꽤 다양하고 맛있어서 만족스러웠습니다. 인피니트풀과 닛코호텔 수영장도 이용할 수 있어서 좋았고 아침식사 뷔페도 만족스러웠습니다.

Great property

雰囲気も素敵だし、お部屋も綺麗だし、何かなら何まで至れり尽くせりだった。 強いて言うならシャワーの水圧は微妙だった。

식사,객실,위치,수영장,경치 등 모두 좋았어요.

Here’s a polished version: The room was quiet and represented good value although the outdoor furniture was very dirty. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly, and several areas of the property, including the pool, are in need of maintenance and repair.The pool towel system is unnecessarily complicated, requiring guests to manage tags and exchange cards simply to obtain a towel. This process feels outdated and inconvenient.As a returning guest, I was also disappointed that there was no recognition of my loyalty or acknowledgement of my previous stays. A little appreciation for repeat guests would go a long way toward improving the overall experience. Property opened as a 5 star, now definitely a 4 star

Here’s a polished version you can use: If booking through Expedia, I’ve noticed that the assigned rooms tend to be located toward the back of the building. The rooms were still comfortable, but I would have preferred a location closer to the ocean side. I also found the front desk staff less accommodating than expected. During a previous stay, I requested an early check-in, but the request was declined despite the property appearing to have only about 30% occupancy at the time. One additional area for improvement is the dining experience. It was difficult to find healthy menu options, and a broader selection of lighter, healthier choices would be appreciated.

Wonderful stay!! Great amenities including an infinity pool with daily fountain shows. Multiple restaurants and cafes with yummy treats and sandwiches but highlights were the breathtaking views and balcony breakfast! Highly recommend stay here at this beautiful property with wonderful service at every turn.

流石5つ星ホテル！朝食は凄いの一言。スタッフもホスピタリティ高くgood 日本語対応スタッフには遭遇しませんでしたけど大丈夫でした。

ホテルの空間全てが素敵で、景色もよく、 朝食ビュッフェもラウンジもご飯が美味しかったです！ ゆったりと時間が流れる感覚で思い出に残る滞在でした！ スタッフの対応もみなさん温かくて、素晴らしい！

Exceptional stay!! Friendly service, great amenities including a beautiful infinity pool with evening water shows, breathtaking views and the feel of paradise everywhere you turn. Night recommend!!

素晴らしい施設

모든 직원들은 친절했고 아침 식사도 매끼 챙겨먹을 만큼 좋았습니다. 공항에서 호텔로 가는 택시에서 택시 기사분이 츠바키가 괌에서 넘버원 호텔이라고 하셨는데 맞는말 같아요 수영장에서는 저녁에 분수를 볼수 있었고 풀장에서 놀기에 아쉬웠던 부분은 닛코호텔에서 채웠습니다. 가격이 비싼게 부담이지만 너무 잘 지내다와서 후회는 없습니다!

空港送迎をメールで依頼したところ返信が2日間なく、詳細を再リクエストしたら運転手不足で復路しかアレンジできないと返答あり。返答まで7日間かかり、レスポンスが非常に遅かった。
