在此間飯店待了整整一個月，可能是因為正值夏季，房間從下午開始就非常悶熱，或許房間是西曬的關係吧？幸好跟櫃檯借了電風扇才稍稍緩解一些⋯⋯ 櫃檯小姐們都很友善也很幫忙解答問題，感謝所有unity的工作人員。

Good staff, wonderful environment, nice breakfast

Great hotel in a decent location - great value for money. I loved the studio concept. Bed was a little hard (that’s more of a me problem) and the aircon was stuck at 20c and it couldn’t go lower so it was quite warm in the room but other than that it was great.

Excellent and super modern stay! The building is in superb condition, all amenities you would like- 24/7 gym and a sauna available. I think a great value for price. Many train connections between 4-11 minutes away that can connect you to the main attractions. Friendly staff. Great views from the terrace. I would absolutely stay again.

Séjour confortable dans cet établissement propre et fonctionnel (proche des transports, salle de sport, et sauna en rooftop). En revanche petit bémol pour ma part car j’ai réservé un « studio ville, qui apparaît sur les photos comme un grand studio avec un canapé et le lit séparé en mezzanine, j’ai hérité, sans m’en avertir au préalable, d’une chambre plus petite sans canapé et avec le lit dans la pièce principale. Après plusieurs échanges, la direction n’a pas daigné m’offrir de dédommagement autre que sur un futur voyage, ou m’offrir le petit déjeuner, qui bien sûr dans ces conditions n’aura pas lieu. J’ai trouvé cela malhonnête car j’aurais aimé être averti en avance que la chambre pour laquelle j’ai payé n’était pas dispo.

Pyysin pyyhkeitä mutta jouduin kuitenkin toistamiseen hakemaan. Vain yksi tabletti astianpesukoneeseen. Pienellä parannuksella erittäin hyvä.

とても清潔でサウナも気持ちよかったです。また、チェックイン前、後とも荷物を預かってくださいました。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。 次の日の早朝にエストニアに行くのでフェリー乗り場から近いホテルで選びましたが室内は天井も高く、キッチンも付いていて，居心地の良い空間でした。

It was great. The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept in and it felt awful. However, the great service workers exchanged my sheets and offered me an additional cover. After that, I was able to get great sleep!

The room and hotel are very nice. However, when I arrived, there was a lady before me checking in. The receptionist seemed stressed and not very friendly. After a while it was my turn to check in. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming and during my check in, the lady who had checked in before me returned to say there was a man in their room. The receptionist didn't believe her at first and the overall service wasn't very customer friendly. When I checked out I had to call the receptionist by phone because she was away from the reception desk. The curly haired lady at reception was a bit nicer than the previous receptionist.

Amazing service, clean & quiet room with amazing view, sauna option.
