Stay away absolute disgrace staff wasnt helpful at all. Bed was broken, got an electric shock from the light switch in the bedroom. The room was filthy, wrappers used tissues on the floor. Stained mattress. Crack pipe in the wardrobe. Stunk of cigarettes.

Staff were so professional and helpful. Very nice and polite. Hotel was clean. Breakfast on a weekday cooked to order buffet on a weekend.

The Blue waters Hotel was situated 10 mins walk from north pier and had a tram stop opposite the hotel. Breakfast was good variety of cereal and fruit Full hot breakfast and toast and tea coffee hot chocolate. Family room we were in was comfortable for the 3 of us. Pool was nice touch and was decent size

The photos on the hotels website do not reflect the condition of this property at all! I stayed here with my two teenagers. I booked a family room so we didn't have to share beds, and was given what I would describe as a double room with bunk beds. The mattress on the top bunk was pure springs and so it could not be slept on. The shower was poor - no pressure when it eventually heated up. In the shower cubicle there were long black hairs stuck to the tiles. As we walked about the room in our socks, hairs and dust were sticking to our feet. Disgusting. There was dust everwhere and my allergies went insane. There were what I would describe as office chairs in the room that were so filthy, I wouldn't even sit my dog on them!! Our room was boiling and the sun had shone in all day by the time we arrived. The radiator wouldn't turn off and the one window that opened only did so a small crack. The windows were filthy outside. Inevitable I guess being on the sea front, but the inside was also covered with a 'film' of grime. We were moved to another room the next day which was marginally better, but still had a loose fitting loo seat as did the other room, and the vertical blinds were broken with slats missing and wouldn't close properly. On the hotel website it is advertised as being able to choose fresh breakfast choice from the menu. There were no menus! The buffet breakfast was nasty and cheap, and the coffee machine only threw out black coffee no matter what you selected. Grim!!

This place well worth the money and staff is amazing. The room is clean and with all amenities. The breakfast is great and well worth the money. Great beach front and access to the beach. Will definitely stay again.

Great value for money

Very small family room, no floor space, lots of blinds slats missing on window and handles missing on draws. Tv was almost behind bunk beds so only 1 side of double bed could see and bunk bed couldnt see. Staff were very nice and friendly tho, tried to help as much as they could. Pool is nice and not bad if you can get it to yourselves Breakfast was not to bad No games room tho as seen in pics

After a bad start in Blackpool with the first hotel I booked Bernini closed down The Bluewater hotel couldn’t help us enough at 11pm at night when we finally found it had vacancy available, If your expecting the Hilton standard then you will be disappointed however the room we stayed in was clean and the beds was good had a great nights sleep, Yes the hotel does need a spruce up but it didn’t effect my stay.The staff was super friendly help and couldn’t do enough to help us Breakfast wasn’t included in are package but we paid for it in the morning was £9.50 and didn’t disappoint at all I was told it was a buffet breakfast but got down there and it was cooked to order massive plate full to much for me ingredients was good again the Chef even made extra French toast for us. All in all 5 star review and we will be booking here again next year when we are back down for another Cheerleading comp Thanks once again for saving us from sleeping in the car for the night

Yes it’s dated and needs a spruce up but for the price we paid we couldn’t complain. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb with both a choice of cooked and continental. Kids loved the swimming pool which was a small extra charge. Plenty of parking room to front of hotel and tram stop to centre was straight outside. We had a sea-view room which was a nice surprise. The staff were very friendly, helpful and extremely hard working. Special credit and thanks to the lady in the breakfast room who never stopped and provided us with a lovely cooked breakfast to set us up for our busy days. We hope to come back to see the illuminations sometime later in the year.

We didn’t get the original Suite room we booked due to an issue with the bathroom and we weren’t told until we arrived. We were put into a small family room which had been neglected. There was no restaurant open on arrival at 8pm even thou we phone ahead and were told the restaurant is open until 9pm. We moved to the top floor which was better than the first night. We had a disturbed night we arguing outside and car horns being sounded and almighty slamming of doors.

The room wasn't serviced when we opened the door so I went to get the manager. We stayed for 5 nights and asked twice for a refreshed of tea / coffee and towels. The beds weren't even made at all during our stay. Sadly we won't be recommending it.

Boek hier niet! Oplichters. Alle foto’s zijn fake. Zeer verwaarloosd, geen verwarming. Oud en vies. Warm water voor douche pas na 5 minuten een beetje warm. Bed was wel goed maar stond op wieltjes en rolde alle kanten op in mijn slaap. Medewerker waren vriendelijk maar ik vroeg me af wat ze bezielde om hier te willen werken. Lift hapert, zwembad stinkt naar schimmel. Eerst kamers geweigerd, kreeg wel andere maar dit was eens en nooit meer.

Room was cold drafty windows blinds some missing light bulb from above bed missing bathroom shower to small and door not open fully layout not great toilet very noisy the one thing that was good were the staff very friendly whole room as well as the whole building need redecorating and some tlc needed
