Nice Staff and great clean room and nice view and breakfast and room furnture too

Very nice and helpful staff. The property is clean and well maintained, however, it is located on a very steep hill and if you are not planning to rent a car, it can be very challenging to get there. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay in.

The hotel is so nice and the rooms are very nice, I loved the spa at the balcon with the view of Mykonos city and the ships. The hotel staff is very helpfull and the hotel is on the top of the mountain Up from the street. I would come back and the hotel would have Got 10 stars if I could have given Them that.

Literally an 11/10 stay! We had so much fun & everything was so clean and staff was so genuine, kind, and hospitable. The sea & town view is ridiculous. If you are coming to Greece, book here- you will not be disappointed!!

The hotel was really great. The staff was incredible. The only downfall was the hotel is on a hill so be prepared to climb. I LOVED MY STAY

This beautiful boutique hotel is truly a hidden gem! The beds were comfortable, rooms were gorgeous and the view is unbeatable! We stayed in a suite with a balcony and jetted tub and were so sad to leave. The owner and her staff are top notch! Would absolutely stay again.

Quiet place cleaning and nice costumer service

Nous avions dû réserver cette chambre d’hôtel car notre vol avait été reporté d’une journée. Nous étions trois personnes âgées de 23 ans, 20 ans et 17 ans. Lors de ma réservation sur le site Expedia, les personnes de 17 ans étaient considérées comme des enfants. Cependant, une fois sur place, la personne à l’accueil nous a expliqué que, pour eux, la catégorie “enfant” concernait des personnes plus jeunes. Peut-être parce que mon frère de 17 ans paraît plus âgé que son âge, mais lorsque j’ai voulu présenter son passeport afin de prouver son âge, cela a été refusé et j’ai malgré tout dû payer un supplément de 20 € qui ne me sera donc pas remboursé par la compagnie aérienne. Concernant la chambre, la vue était exceptionnelle. En revanche, nous n’avions pas de lumière dans les toilettes, ce qui était assez gênant. Heureusement, nous n’y sommes restés qu’une nuit.

Atendimento impecável de todos os profissionais do Hotel. Muito próximo do principal point da cidade (Little Veneza). Os proprietários do hotel também presentes e extremamente cordiais. 100% de qualidade!

Excellent location above Old town Mykonos away from the “excitement” of Mykonos nightlife. Superb views of old town & port.

The staff is amazing. they went out of their way to give us all we wished for. My son had a birthday, they brought him a gift and a cake. Best view. good jacuzi. I did not like that the shower is situated in the middle of the room and has no door, when you are more then a couple there is no privacy.

Hotel lindo, vista maravilhosa. O único "problema" é ficar no alto do morro, com uma subida bem íngrime, mas pra ter essa vista, só assim mesmo. O atendimento foi excelente, o quarto ótimo! fomos recebidos com espumante no quarto.

Las vistas desde el hotel, lo mejor. El mobiliario de la habitación antiguo, incluida la cama. El personal muy amable. El hotel está muy apartado del centro.

Sehr nettes Personal und schöne Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind jedoch sehr hellhörig, dadurch schliefen wir nicht gut.

Hotel liegt in fussläufiger Nähe zum Zentrum, jedoch an einem steilen Hang. Das Frühstück war ok, nur Filterkaffee war inbegriffen und dieser sehr wässrig. Alle anderen Kaffeespezialitäten hätten gegen Aufpreis erworben werden müssen. Es wurde nur Weißbrot angeboten, leider keine Alternativen. Räume sind hellhörig.

We had such a wonderful stay at Ibiscus Hotel in Mykonos! On our first night, we brought up a small issue with the showerhead, and a young gentleman from the staff came promptly to fix it. He was kind, professional, and attentive to our concerns, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. Later on, we met Yana, the owner, who welcomed us with such warmth and genuine care. She made us feel like family and went out of her way to check in with us and ensure everything was going smoothly. Her presence really made the experience feel personal and heartfelt. The rest of the hotel staff was just as incredible— friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Everyone we met was accommodating and truly made us feel cared for. The rooms were clean, the views were stunning, and the entire vibe of the hotel was calm and inviting. One important note for future guests: the hotel is located on a very steep hill, so if you’re planning to walk into town often, just be prepared for the incline (especially in the summer heat!). But honestly, the view and peaceful location are well worth the climb. Overall, we had a memorable and beautiful stay. Huge thanks to Yana and the entire Ibiscus team— we would absolutely stay here again!
