Staffs are very kind. Safe for travel alone. Hotel atmosphere/vibe is good.

I was staying in a family room and it's spacious enough for 3 adults and 3 big luggages. The room is clean and comfy enough. The location is within walking distance to the train station. There is a sharing kitchen for hot water, a microwave, and simple cooking. Simple breakfast: doughnut (I like the taste) and tea/coffee.

Very great! Check in is smooth and fast. The shower area and dorm room is very tidy and clean, as expected from Japanese services. The laundry is a bit dirty in the inside near the door, figure not many are using it, but it 's just a minor setbacks compared to other great things. One drawback is it 's around 10-15 mins away from Akihabara station/central area, so if you're going there alone with luggage, it can be quite a journey. But the area around is a quiet neighborhood, and there 's a good bakery nearby. Also, if you're bringing big luggage, the locker can't fit more than a backpack and one lose item, so you have to put it near the bed:).
