Suite 220. Lovely clean rooms: sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. TV in both Sitting Room and Bedroom. Lovely to have air-conditioning and an additional fan. Could do with summer duvets, as it was very warm in the bed. Lovely view of the Wildlife Park, lovely to see the Bush Dogs moving around their enclosure.

A modern fresh and clean hotel. Very quiet, really comfy beds, large television and a great assortment of tea and coffee options in the room Including tea bags, coffee bags, fruit tea and hot chocolate and biscuits. My one improvement would be to have the same extensive range of drinks at breakfast instead of just normal tea and various coffee options

Lovely hotel, modern rooms, great A/C Booked a park view. Could see two enclosures from the room which was great. Ate in the bistro, average food. Breakfast was average too. If you stay at the hotel you can get discounted zoo entry tickets. Zoo was fab!

The hotel was modern looked after and clean. Evolution restaurant was excellent & the food and experience was great. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay everything we needed breakfast excellent

Came with our baby to be told they don’t provide mattresses and expected him to sleep on a travel cot which he would have felt metal rods in his back. Also a huge hole. This doesn’t comply with safe sleep regulations. Nowhere on the website to state this. We had to pay extra for a room upgrade but felt like this should have been complimentary. Breakfast was also quite poor.

We visited for the first time for our wedding anniversary and the staff went that extra mile to make our stay extra special, we would definitely stay again,thank you

Stayed here before and will again. Room is good - a little stark perhaps, but clean, well fitted out and has all we needed for a four night stay. Choices of dining limited, but there are handy other local places outside the park if you need a change

We booked a room with a balcony and view of the resort. The view was mainly overlooking the bistro area. We did get a glimpse of a bushdog. The room was for 4 people but only two chairs on the balcony. We would not bother with a balcony with a resort view again. The resort is very well kept and clean. The breakfast was a buffet and ok.

The hotel and location are amazing. The rooms are comfortable, clean, felt luxurious, and our park-side room had an amazing direct view of the park, where we could see a few of the animals, which was lovely. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cafes, restaurants and shops that are on the hotel’s doorstep are really nice and the whole area feels enclosed and a lovely place to stay, relax and explore. The park is beautiful and right next to the hotel - so perfect to stay if you’re going to the park. It’s an all-around great hotel to stay in for a night, or even for a full holiday! We will definitely be returning.

Unusual hotel easy parking and next to wildlife park

Excellent views of the park with lots of animals to see. Hotel room was dusty, bits on floor, looking run down with paint missing. Not very big and no chair to sit on only low stool which I couldn't use due to being disabled. Lots of tea and coffee available. Breakfast was good.

Very clean and modern. Easy check in and convenient restaurant next door. There was also a room in the hotel available for everyone with a microwave, sweet machine etc. right next to the wildlife park.
