Les chambres auraient besoin de rénovation. L’hôtel est bruyant, musique à fond jusqu’à tard le soir. Le déjeuner est bien. Le restaurant était fermé durant notre séjour.

It was okay for sleeping and showering. Online pictures definitely better than in person. Room wasn't super clean. Main pool area was drained the first morning we were there and under maintenance the second day, at least during the time we were at the hotel and hoping to use the pool. Honestly wouldn't have even considered the "spa" amenities because we didn't feel the hotel was the cleanest. Staff was SO NICE and HELPFUL and the breakfast included with our package was great.

Personal amable, comida rica, dependencias limpias y cuidadas. El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo. El río pasando dentro del terreno es un plus para disfrutar la naturaleza. Impecable.

We enjoyed our stay at Vertientes. The place is nice, family friendly, and in a good location. The only thing is that they moved us from our original room to another after the first day, saying that they were going to work on the electrical system. Didn't they know that when they booked us there originally? But we wouldn't let this keep us from re-booking there again if the opportunity ever arises.
