It was a disgrace. The room was not ready at 2pm. We had to wait. I do not know why the floor was dirty. The TV did not work. I told the guy I had to be on line at 8pm in the UK on my special TV box. He said he would get one for that night. No TV came. I asked for an iron. He said he would. No iron came. There was no cooking facilities. He said only for 1 week stay. I told him I gave special foods. He eventually brought a microwave. The box of which was on top of the closet. No coat hangers in the closet. He brought 3. The bathroom the electric hot water was very dangerous. The plug wires were exposed. The plug was only 16"of the floor. The shower dood was way too heavy and would not close. The taps were covered in scale. You should stop letting this lot advertise on your Web page.
