It’s ok

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Montréal, I can't recommend the Prince Arthur Apartment Hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable. Situated on the charming pedestrian-only Rue Prince-Arthur in the heart of the Plateau-Mont-Royal, it was within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, McGill University, Place des Arts, and the Metro, making it effortless to explore the city. The communication from the management team was exceptional. Check-in was seamless, and they were responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was quiet, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and having conveniences like high-speed Wi-Fi, in-suite laundry, and a well-stocked kitchen made our visit even more enjoyable. Whether you're visiting Montréal for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, the Prince Arthur Apartment Hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and convenience. It's the perfect blend of boutique charm and modern amenities in one of the city's most vibrant neighbourhoods. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional Montréal experience.

Prince Arthur is a great street to stay on, you are within walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do! Yes there is a skylight in the bedroom, so bring a sleep mask (I never travel without my sleep mask and special earplugs made for sleep). For the girlies looking to book here, I would suggest bringing a travel sized mirror with a light to do your make up. I had an amazing weekend stay, and will be booking here again for sure!

Nice location. Worked well for our young family. There is a long flight of stairs that we needed to carry our luggage up though.

This is a great apartment in a great location. Spacious and lots of light. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

Pros: Location was good. Close to restaurants and shops. Kitchen area was nice and clean. Check in was seamless. Cons: Unfortunately, the place did not feel clean at all. felt more like it had merely been tidied. What I mean is that the sofa and carpet smelled filthy and I could see many spots where they had attempted to get a stain out unsuccessfully. The bathroom also smelled badly like something was going on with the plumbing. The shower faucet was dangling when I arrived and eventually fell off while I attempted to use the shower. The sun light directly above the bed was covered up by some sort of cloth and tape, however, it appeared that a part of it was peeled back. This is worth noting as I'm not sure if anyone on the terrasse would be able to peer down into the bed area of the room. Potential to be better, this place. Mostly lacking in cleanliness and maintenance. Definitely not worth the price they are charging.

The apartment was great - clean and well appointed, outstanding location, and the rooftop terrace was the cherry on top! Check-in and access was straightforward. Highly recommended.

The whole code situation to open the front door and the room was accurately described, and worked the first time. Very clever the way they do that, with no need to reach anybody. There wereonly two things about this place that you may want to be aware of. First, Prince Arthur can be a very raucous party area at night, especially in the summer. Although the other patrons in the hotel were quiet, that does not include the noise from outside. Second, and this only applies to my stay on the third floor, there was a skylight directly above the bed with no to dim it. It would have been nice if there was some kind of blackout curtain, especially since this was summertime and got light very early. Aside from those two things, it was amazing stay and I would definitely do it again. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Clean room

The room was clean and spacious, amenities appreciated. Communication with the host was appropriate. Loved having a quality washer/dryer in the unit! The only complaint would be the very late night street noise. My room was facing a popular night club on Prince Arthur.

Fabulous location in the best neighbourhood with tons of great food, coffee, and shopping nearby. The building itself was very quiet and we slept so well. It’s also wonderful to have amenities like a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The rooftop patio was a real bonus to bring my coffee in the morning or have a drink together in the evening. The owners are friendly and communicative and everything about the process was easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend and intend to book again on my next visit to Montreal!

Place was great, as was location. Only down side was the noise. Could hear music till 1 most nights from room by courtyard and then it sounded like someone was moving heavy furniture for 45-1 hour about 11 in evening. The other bedroom got a lot of the street noise some partying till late most nights

Exactly as advertised. It's a bit more than a hotel room but less than hotel suite. Easy in and out. Quick responses from the owner. If you're in town for longer than 2 days I would definitely recommend. 5/5 would stay here again.

The location was great and the check-in process was easy. Communication with the staff was smooth, and they arranged the AC repair we needed quickly and efficiently. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking and eating in (salt, pepper, oil, pots and pans, etc.). I do have one constructive suggestion: it would be great to have lids for the pots, and a new frying pan would be really appreciated 😊. Also, having some basic kitchen cleaning supplies (dish towels, rags, and a counter/table cleaning product) would make it easier to keep the apartment clean during the stay. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Overall, the experience was perfect. A suggestion moving forward would be the kitchen having more supplies for cooking, pots and pans. Also for a family of four staying at the hotel, we ran out of linens pretty quickly.

The unit was just as described; the host was excellent with communication; the tips for parking and cafes were great and very helpful. We'd love to return!
