Excellent location and stylish

Riesiges altes, renoviertes Gebäude. Super Lage für eine Stadterkundung zu Fuß, wenn man am Bahnhof Picadilly ankommt. Habe nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt, da auf der einen Seite der Bahnhof, auf der anderen Seite eine vielbefahrene Straße liegt (im 5. Stock war es ruhig). Frühstück gut (alles für ein typ. engl. Breakfast, aber auch Obst, Müsli, Süßes, Waffeln usw.). Du jungen Herren an der Rezeption interessierten sich nicht wirklich für die Gäste - aber das hat mich nicht weiter gestört. Personal im Frühstücksbereich freundlicher. Habe mich als Alleinreisende so wohl gefühlt, dass ich drei Nächte blieb. Würde wieder hingehen.

Lovely hotel and so close to the train station woukd use hotel again

The room and hotel is exceptionally clean, and very well stocked. The breakfast was a bit manic but the full English was a bit manic, plus I don't understand why they only serve fresh pancakes until 9am, rather than the whole service. The most annoying part of our stay was the electrics in our room. We set the AC at 18 degrees before going to bed and woke up two times in the night due to the room being absolutely boiling, as the AC had somehow reset itself to 21 degrees. The lights are like a challenge on the crystal maze - certain lights only turn on if switches across the room are turned on. So bizarre.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Direkt am Bahnhof Lime Street. Personal sehr freundlich, großes, sauberes Zimmer, wirklich tolles Frühstück. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Splendid room quite large as rooms go. Good size bathroom and shower. Lovely view of Liverpool and is attached to Liverpool Lime Street Station so no dragging suitcases on busy sidewalks. A Nespresso machine, kettlerea coffee,fridge and safe all included. I would stay again.

Staff were so helpful and friendly, best hotel I’ve been in for a long time. Nothing was too much trouble and so polite without effort.

The hotel is in a super location by Liverpool Lime Street Railway Station. The staff were warm, friendly, helpful & informative. All areas of the Hotel including our room were clean and tidy. The Self Service breakfast was tasty with lots of options for food and drinks. The hotel decor is unique, interesting and fascinating.

Fantastic hotel! Excellent staff who were friendly and made checking in a breeze. Hotel is very cool and quirky. Lovely spotlessly clean room with fridge, ironing board & iron, coffee maker and safe. Air conditioning works well too. My room had a superb view of St. George’s Hall… I’d recommend paying a little extra for this view. Right next to Lime Street station too. 5 out of 5 from me.

Super location. Just next to the train station. Easily access to attractions by foot or by public transport.
