The hotel is on a Main Street and the traffic noise was very loud and constant. One can hardly rest. There was no prior notification that customer must register and pick up key at a second location that is about 1 km distance from the hotel. We learned this only upon arrival to the hotel and read the notice on the door of the hotel. So we had to drive twice to the hotel and the second location--arrive to hotel, register at second location, drop bags at hotel, park car at second location. The hotel should notify of this prior to arrival. The people who check in for the hotel work for a sports complex. They knew nothing about the hotel. There was not one single person available on site at the hotel.
