La habitación era básica, pero cómoda. Tuvimos dificultades para ingresar porque nos dieron un código equivocado. Desayuno bueno, buen aparcamiento.

Personal, prácticamente no hay. Tan solo una joven preparando los desayunos con la que no interactúas. La habitación estupenda. El desayuno “de cortesia”: estupendo!!! Limpio, tranquilo, con posibilidad de aparcamiento, vamos, que si vuelvo por San Sebastián, espero que tengan habitación libre.

Chambre propre et grande

The flower boxes need to be freshened...old plastic and dead plants aren't inviting. The toast for all the breakfast choices was way too hard to eat...like stone. Don't toast the bread!!! We stayed 6 nights and tried them all. Also, don't mix all the cereal and yogurt and fruit together in a big mess. All the ingredients should be separate. The ingredients for the breakfasts were nice quality otherwise.

A 15 mins del centro caminando y 5 mins en autobús. Seguro, tranquilo y con estacionamiento.

Il est dommage que l'hôtel n'a pas de réception personne avec qui parler simplement un Check in qu'il faut remplir pour avoir les codes Autre chose pas de clim simplement un simple petit appareil ventilateur !!

Joli petit hôtel agréable moment passé avec mon conjoint très bon petit déjeuner offert on a adoré l’emplacement calme

I had a terrible checking in experience. I transferred my luggage before I checked in, however when I arrived at this hotel with 10 percent of cell phone battery, the remote checking person told me repeatedly 3 times that they didn’t have my luggage which my phone charger was in. Long story short, if it was not the cleaning lady was still there, I would be locked out totally, while my luggage was actually INSIDE the hotel office. Their check in lady was arrogant and lazy, destroying their business.

Un peu déçu au vu du prix de la chambre, il y avait des gros jours au niveau des fenêtres on sentait l’air qui passait. Le petit déjeuner était très très bon par contre!

No me parece normal que en un hotel me tenga que registrar yo la entrada a través de internet, cuando ponía que la recepción abría a las 15 horas y allí no había, ni fue nadie.

Pas facile à trouver mais tout était parfait

Hotel Donosti was very pleasant and ideal stop for us. It was great to have tea/ coffee facilities in the room.

Me gustó el alojamiento mucho, cómo está comunicado, incluso puedes ir andando, y a la hora de aparcar muy bien

Really nice clean simple hotel with good breakfast, free parking and good value.

L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du centre de saint Sebastian. Desservi par les transports en commun. Cependant l’insonorisation est à revoir.. le petit déjeuner est bon mais vraiment peu copieux..
