Very cool place to stay in the lovely town of St Andrews. The building is a century building but everything was clean and you can’t beat the location. Restaurant downstairs was very lively with some live music and great drinks.

L'emplacement est très bien, au coeur de la rue principale. La chambre est très petite, et nous avons peu dormi car le matelas est très très mou (usé). Difficile de prende une doiche car il n'y a pas de pression d'eau.

Somewhat shabby and less than well-maintained, the Kennedy House must have seen better days. Staff were young and inexperienced. The stairs and corridor smelled of mildew and worse, not terribly, but enough that it was impossible to miss. My room was unimpressive, with a cheap vinyl floor throughout, incomplete cosmetic repairs, and cheap fixtures. The mattress was of that "marshmallow" foam that makes you feel stuck in mud when you roll over. But hey, at least the air conditioner (a window unit) worked, and the location was super.

Our 2nd stay here in 2 years! 😊 We love this hotel, its history, proximity to all activities and sights in the area. We stayed 3 nights and that wasn't long enough!😀 The on site restaurant with outside terrace is wonderful. Staff amazing as well. Bed comfortable. Parking available too! Recommend!

My hubby and I wanted an evening away and we decided on The Kennedy Inn. Always great staying as it’s right downtown. They have the cutest rooms with antique furniture, a restaurant and bar. Staff are always great

The location, room and staff were excellent. Highly recommend.

Lovely inn with lots of character. Staff were lovely. The elevator was nice to bring our luggage up to the second floor.

Nice building and staff but room was very small and dated, in need of a major makeover. TV next to useless.

Cozy rooming house feel with upgraded rooms a great kitchen and cold beer downstairs. You can leave, but why would you. Dude on the patio singing and strumming this time. Too cool.

The room was terrible. We had a queen room but the bed was a double. The room had a really bad smell of old carpets. There were old carpets and other other carpets on top of those. The bathroom was disgusting-old linoleum floors with the bathtub with numerous painted patched up areas- we didn’t use it ! The property is not well maintained. Again truly disappointed Also the air conditioner was very loud and it too old. Basically everything needs an upgrade!

The hotel is very old and everything shows that. The beds are very uncomfortable, the rooms are small the bathrooms are very very small. The bath towels have a harsh smell and are not soft. I will not stay here again

Kennedy House located in St. Andrews by the Sea N.B., is perfectly located on Water Street beside the Town Hall and across from Market Square and the main pier. It's a historic building proud of it's heritage. Beautiful front porch used by the restaurant. Good indoor restaurant and bar area with one of the most reasonable lobster dinners in town. Restaurant typically open 12-9 p.m. and often has evening entertainment. Staff is terrific. Front desk is not 24 hour and as such the front doors are locked overnight which is a good idea. Our room was huge with bedroom, sitting room, bathroom and kitchenette. A generous space well beyond normal hotels. The location of our room was very quiet and pleasant. However, I believe our room could do with some TLC. After I dropped something under the bed, I discovered that it was being supported by 3 wooden cross braces held and supported in place by 4x4 timers. The other areas sagged significantly. We had an old basic window air conditioner that cooled but did not seem to dehumidify. Installation wasn't great as I could see daylight all around. I discovered that our sitting room carpet was screwed to the floor through the middle...found this when I knelt down and cut my knee on a screw. head. Toilet seat was not properly secured and the shower had a crack in the wall along with what appeared to be some mold where the shower walls met the top of the tub. Overall a great spot and I hope our room was just an exception.

Just stayed one night in St Andrew’s NB coming back from Nova Scotia. Staff very helpful and nice to have convenient parking on site. Dinner was great and my room was wonderful! Do not hesitate to book the Kennedy House!

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was excellent. Hotel is old but keep up well air conditioner in room was dirty and toilet is low hard for seniors is the only complaint

Room was clean and appreciated the options in the room. Shower was tricky controlling temperature. Location was great and loved the old building and access to town. Great place to stay and enjoy St. Andrews.

Staff,food,location and room was very clean. The shower was an issue with the stream vacillating between very hot and cold even after care to make it warm before entering.
