After being kicked out of the common area, we went to the bar at the casino where you were only allowed to order one drink per hour. Kind of a stupid rule as for those who don’t gamble and would prefer to drink at the baDisappointing as they don’t allow alcohol in the hotel except in your room. Otherwise, beautiful clean hotel. Another disappointment was no offering of clean towels for numerous day stay.

Check in was seamless. Very efficient. Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. Had a very fun getaway. Will come again

The hotel is Beautiful, staff friendly. Downfall They only had one place to eat , the restaurant was turned into Buffet only ,$45 per person to eat, or you could get a players card and gamble then buffet would be $15 per person, the wait time was hour and half long, and standing in line. Iast time I went they went you had a restaurant sit down meal and if it was busy you could sit at the bar until your table was ready or eat at the bar. Would I go back not sure

This is a really great getaway. Not too far from GTA and amazing service, staff and cleanliness.

The place was really nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the casino attached. Only thing is there was no spot for breakfast in the hotel, you had to go back to the casino for something to eat.

Very clean rooms and lobby area. The staff at the front desk were super accommodating and friendly.

We stayed 3 nights as we were in Ontario because of a funeral which was a very stressful and difficult time. The hotel sympathic staff went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable as much as possible during this difficult time. If felt like a soft place to fall when one is grieving for me and my family. So Thank you to all and definitely recommend this Hotel.

The entrance is awkward for the handicapped as the button to press isn't close to the doors and there aren't any sliding doors, just a single door opens. The rooms are comfortable, quiet with black-out curtains but no microwave and the lighting is VERY dim! The reading lights next to the bed didn't work and the lamps need to be upgraded with bright LED bulbs!!! The bathroom needs more cleaning attention, I don't have black hair but when I see it all over the shower walls and floor - it's disgusting!!!

We pretty much had to navigate the hotel ourselves. I didn't see the signs for the Cafe till the last day of our stay.

no hot water in bathroom faucet, water pressure is low for shower. carpets on the floor smells weird. Compared to pickering casino hotel, this is bad.

The room was great, the staff most helpful and it took at least 20 minutes to lose $20 in the casino. My only complaint was the dry air in the room

Always a great stay here! They finally have a coffee machine in the room, woot, woot! It’s my go to place to stay when I’m in the area.

Great stay

The staff was great. the room was very clean. it would have been great to have some kind of breakfast included, or the option to have breakfast, as the casino restaurant doesn't open until 11. especially if you had children (which we heard some down the hall) which means if you are checking our early then you have to head back into Port Perry which is out of the way when heading in the opposite direction the restaurant at casino sucked. service was not great and the prices expensive. but the hotel was wonderful.

Very nice clean room and friendly helpful staff more meal options would be a real asset as the only restaraunt os a short walk away outside through a covered breezway offering only buffet dinner no breakfast and nothing close in terms of off site options.
