Low water pressure and had to ask for hot water. Showering may be an ordeal...I had to shower next to the wall due to the low pressure

No habia agua caliente

Me gustó el lugar, muy limpio, con buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias y buen servicio. Hay agua caliente, aunque es necesario avisar en recepción para que la activen cada vez que se vaya a utilizar.

La habitación en buenas condiciones, el personal amable. solo que si le falta algunas cosas, como secadora de pelo tapete en el baño, y tener mas cuidado en las sabanas de cama, en una encontramos un dulce pegado dentro de la sabana ya que nos ibamos acostar. Y si lo reservas como para descansar muy mala idea porque hay mucho ruido toda la noche todo se escucha, como las 7am empezaron a tocar el piano y pues creo que se me hace una falta de respeto a las personas que están descansando. Y hay que bajar a recepción para decirles que prendan el calentador para poder bañarte y eso es muy incomo.

Fue una estancia muy cómoda

Terrible location disappointing! Staff was only one male who couldn't do much to assist as he was overwhelmed having to attend to everything solo. Poor supply of hot water etc The place has potential but not ready to receive tourists

Tanto algunos detalles como más comidas, botellas de agua para beber en los cuartos, se siente frío la habitación, y sentí vacía pare el tamaño que tiene

Spa & shopping was not the objective

Las paredes son muy delgadas y se escuchan todos los ruidos de las recámaras a los lados , no tenían servicio de restaurante

Normally I don't have any complaints about anywhere because who cares most of the time, but the fact they never had the hot water on at any time of the day was a little annoying, and the room said 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, when both of them were neither, I basically paid extra for doubles, it's little things like that, that just kinda bugged me. But overall, it wasn't terrible, it was close to the center.

The staff was very friendly and very attentive to us.

Outstanding. They were very nice. Some tiny insects, but overall excellent. The area is beautiful and there’s a legitimate pulqueria within one block.

El agua para bañarse estaba fría o tibia, comentaron que las tuberías estaban muy largas y tenías que avisar para que haya agua caliente. Buen servicio, ese fue el único detalle

Excelente servicio y estancia; únicamente agregaría que el cuarto no cuenta con cobija extra, para el frío, en esta época, ni con agua caliente de inmediato sin tener desperdiciar agua.
