Our 6th floor room was quiet with little traffic noise. The room had plenty of outlets and recharge outlets. We didn't make use of the microwave or TV but the mini fridge was very useful. There was a nice selection for breakfast and the staff kept the omelet dish full. Our only concern was the parking as the basement seemed to be under repair or cleaning with many signs saying where we couldn't park but none where we could. Scaffolding made navigating, even in our small car, sometimes challenging. All in all a good experience and we would choose this site again.

Room is clean, the bed is great and my sleeping is perfect. Staff is alway friendly. Hot Breakfast is good and a lot nice space to sit. Don't have time to used the pool. Parking indergound connect with hotel is 20$/day, but i feel safe when i got late at night.

We booked a room with 2 queens, but at check in they only had a king w/ a pull out available which wasn't ideal, but fine. However, both the pull out and king bed were so uncomfortable. Springs were up in our backs and it was so hard- we had to lay our clothes on the beds as extra cushion. Breakfast was good, staff were lovely, location was good for our stay. I'd stay again if we had tickets to TD Coliseum, but wouldn't recommend besides that.

The hotel itself was OK—not as nice as other Hampton Inn properties and seen better days, but OK—and the staff was fine, but the neighborhood was a no-go for us. Clearly drug issues in the immediate area. We didn’t feel safe walking around with our kid and I wouldn’t have felt safe going for a run by myself so we checked out without staying the night and headed back closer to Toronto.

Our room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The view was beautiful, too. We loved the pool and fitness room, and the breakfast was good, too. Thank you!

Very lovely experience

The staff at the front desk were excellent in arranging for taxi pick up. The breakfast fare was rather underwhelming. I am also not a fan of having maid service every other day. This is touted as a move toward minimizing environmental impact, but in effect it deprives staff the opportunity to earn more or to have more staff hired. As it was, the shampoo dispenser was empty after the first day and was not refilled during my 4-day stay.

Very clean, quiet. Nice room. Great staff. Excellent location for restaurants. Staff check in by txt to see who you are. Front desk staff are wonderful.

Pool was great. Really good for kids. Breakfast was a nice add on.
