酒店環境真的很美麗,四周都很寧靜，有很多樹木包圍. 酒店很注重客人的私隱度，很多座位都設計到看不到隔籬枱的人. 早餐及晚餐都很美味，而且份量很大。

Fufu offers fantastic standard of accommodation as always. I have stayed in 3 different fufu and breakfast has always been better than dinner but both still good. I stayed in the premium suite and everything was above standard except there is no balcony in this most luxury room type. Public bath was cosy too. Overall i would recommend it for someone looking for a luxury break.

I almost canceled our reservation because I read another review which was negative and now I’m so glad I didn’t cancel! This was easily one of the top places I’ve ever stayed at . The staff and service was top notch. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. The place itself is gorgeous. The room had a ton of thoughtful touches all over the place . From the little things like easy access lights to comfortable night clothes, charging cables , the tea - everything !! And the private onsen - whoa! My skin felt rejuvenated after one evening in it ! And the view while you laze in it - I could get used to living like that 😉 And saving the best for last - the food! That kaiseki dinner is the kind I’ve seen on food network. Every single dish was delicious, so beautifully plated. Kudos to the chef and his team. One of the mains I had - the pork, had some crunchy topping, with berries and a red wine reduction sauce - get all of that in one bite and it’s a flavor explosion! That’s a meal I won’t forget for as long as I live ! Great staff, excellent service , lovely place . I only hope we can come back someday

Our stay at this property was the highlight of our trip! We can’t recommend highly enough and are actually hoping for a return trip in the future. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for creating such a memorable experience for our family.

ふふ系列は、ふふ河口湖、翠松園についで3軒目です。 料金と比較して部屋が広く使い易く満足度が高いです。 夕食はメインディッシュはプリフィクスコースになっていて家内と被らないようにセレクトしたので楽しみが増えます。 ただ、写真や細かな調理法やメイン以外の食材が判らないことから、私がセレクトした3種類は味付けは異なるもののメイン以外の食材が似通っていまって少し残念でした。 それでも、ほぼ3時間の食事時間は待たされることもなく大変満足でした。（河口湖も３時間だったので、ふふの標準なんですね） 唯一改善してほしいのが、大浴場の洗い場のシャワーとカランの切り替えで、固くてソープが付いて手ではほぼ無理です。

This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We splurged and got a suite with a private onsen and it was 100% worth it. The staff were incredibly helpful. Everything was taken care of. The food was AMAZING. My only regret is not staying longer.

Highly recommend this luxurious onsen for a relaxing stay. The meals were so delicious. Our rooms were super comfortable with private hot springs bath and the public bath was lovely as well. The staff were very helpful. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Great everything

We stayed for only 1 evening but the hotel was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful and set in a gorgeous forested backdrop. The staff are very pleasant and very helpful. Their English overall was good. I highly recommend a stay here. It is a unique experience with both public onsen baths overlooking the mountains or a private onsen bath in your beautifully layed out well appointed room. Pajamas and traditional clothing is provided and encouraged to wear to your personally curated dinner. If you want a spa service book ahead. If you are in hurry to get to your next destination consider hiring a car service as check out time is very busy and there can be some trouble getting a cab. Overall it was excellent.

Overall lovely property. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice decor. Great beds. Excellent amenities. In room spa bath very nice. Staff extremely attentive and gracious. Shuttle service into Goran Station nearby much appreciated. We were here just one night. Included dinner and breakfast. Set menus. Too much food, to be honest. Staff seemed to recognize this and were almost apologetic about it. Clearly most people find it to be too much. It was quite good. And nicely prepared and presented. Of course not suggesting this is a fault, but just an observation. Our arrival was around noon and we weren’t able to check in. There was nothing to do on the property so we went into Gora Station. Recommend against showing up before check in time if you can avoid it. We weren’t previously aware of the Hakone Tozan railway that runs from Hakone Yumoto to Gara Station. We took this train on our departure. It’s a magnificent 40 minute ride through lush woods and valleys with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Highly recommended.

温泉、お部屋、食事どれも非常に良かったです。結婚記念日の訪問でした。デザートのプレートと記念写真のプレゼントもありがたかった。チェックインの時におめでとうの声掛けしてもらえたら良かった。

The property was great, the room was beautiful but unfortunately the service was pretty bad. The staff weren’t as nice and accommodating as I was expecting at that level of hotel.

Amazing hotel. Service level beat expectations. Food was among the best I have ever had. Definitely will be back!!

The rooms were incredible - clean and stocked with all essentials, including pjs and traditional attire to wear around the hotel. We had a private onsen which not only was relaxing, but actually improved our skin!! We learned after that the spring water has healing effects. The staff were very attentive. Last but not least the food was exceptional - we opted for the traditional Japanese dinner and every course was Michelin level curated. They also accommodated my very specific allergy (allium). Our only complaint was that it was too much food - we couldn’t believe how many courses there were. Breakfast was also incredible.

Hotel, facilities and staff were all excellent. Not the cheapest but 100% worth every penny. You can also contact the hotel before hand for a free pick up from Gora station which is really easy to get to from Odawara or Tokyo station.
