沒冷氣，電風扇都是灰塵。晚上8:00-早上7:00沒人。早餐非常簡單，價格是18歐。不推這家飯店。

房間比較細

與車站距離遠，但是有巴士可以到達至酒店門口，室內裝修一般，我們很晚才check in, 致電給職員很順利拿到鎖匙，職員有善。早餐一般，沒有熱的食物，餐廳環境漂亮。

交通方便，酒店門外就有巴士站通往火車站。員工服務態度親切，早餐也豐富，美中不足的是房間西斜，有點熱，早上就比太陽曬醒了！

酒店设施比较简单，没有电梯，行李多的话比较麻烦。被安排住在酒店顶楼，其实是个小阁楼，卫生还算干净，但是夏天会比较热，房间内没空调，酒店提供了两个小电风扇。自驾有停车场，门口有公交站出行非常方便，到市区十分钟不到，早餐很简单选择性少

Slightly far from the city centre but is acceptable. Assessible by bus from the train station which takes about 10 minutes. The room is clean with basic facilities. Enjoyed the simple & nice breakfast.

酒店很精致，距离卢塞恩重要景点很近，步行大概15分钟，对于停车紧张及昂贵的卢塞恩来说，这样的旅行就方便和随意多了。不过卢塞恩的物价很高哦，毕竟是瑞士的著名城市，游人也很多哦。

夏なのにエアコンがないのが盲点で、窓を開けたら虫が入ってきたりと、あんまりぐっすり眠れなかったです。。

La stanza era a piano terra, senza climatizzatore, con una ventola. Il lavandino è di fronte al letto, mentre wc e doccia sono a fianco alla camera. Ambiente piccolo, senza frigorifero. Buono per dormire una o due notti. Abbonamento mezzi pubblici in regalo. Parcheggio a pagamento.

Bus stop was right next to the property to and from the main station. Could use better pillows. Glad a fan was provided since there is no AC and went during a heat wave. Overall I would stay again.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel on June 23, 2026. From the very first moment we stepped in, the staff (including the hotel manager Samer Ashour) were delightful and accommodating. One of the best services I have encountered. I highly recommend it.

Debería considerarse un hostal más que un hotel. El personal ok, es desauyuno ok, pero las instalaciones y habitacion no me han gustado. No hay ascensor, hacia calor, la ducha no estaba dentro de la habitación sino en el pasillo y además sucia y con el techo tan bajo que no cabía bien (y no soy alta).

Spacious room, especially for Europe. No air conditioning, so it was very warm in our room. We just happened to time our trip during the unusual heat wave, though.

Le personnel était serviable, mais beaucoup de moisissures dans la douche, mauvaise insonorisation. L'arrêt de bus se trouve juste devant l'entrée de l'hôtel, merci pour le ticket de transport proposé par l’hôtel.

10 feet from the bus station was very . Perfect: service, cleanliness, comfortable, area, convenience. 6 min from downtown by bus.
