優點：飯店服務人員態度佳，房間乾淨，飯店離舊城區步行數分鐘即可，附近有巴士站，搭3站就到中央火車站。 缺點：房間後面巷子口有露天喝酒座，會有點吵，沒有冷氣，遇夏天高溫時較熱。

位置離各個景點都很近，過條河就是舊城區。房間舒適，但門好像有點舊了很不好鎖。房間外就有露天座位，週末時晚上有點吵，除此之外其他都很滿意。

隣近舊城區，交通方便。房間闊落，整潔，惜無冷氣，晚上有遊客的嘈雜聲。

This hotel is at the heart of the city, located within walking distance from tourist attractions. The room is decent, neat and tidy. The building is well decorated. The breakfast is good. It can be better if wifi is available inside the room.

位置，房間都還不錯，不過早餐相較其它飯店差了一點，連牛奶都沒有...

the service and location is very good !Just some people will smoke in the room , so sometimes it smells not so good.

El Edificio y la recepción son bastante bonitos, pero no corresponden con los cuartos, que son muy austeros, parecen de refugio alpino; el precio se me hizo muy alto, tomando en cuenta además, que no incluye desayuno y solo hay café soluble disponible en el piso de abajo…si regreso a Saltzburgo buscaría otra opción

Excellent stay in the centre of Salzburg

The staff seemed to care more about taking their smoke breaks than about customer service. No one was there to check out and no place to leave our key. We had to toss it under the hotel desk door. Poor work ethic for the front desk staff. Housekeepers were awesome. It is conveniently located and near the bus stops. The other complaint ia the noise at night. There were drunk, loud people under our window every night because of bar near the hotel. It kept us up every night until 3:00 a.m. Loved the location but would never stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a great location! The room was clean and well organized. They also provided a discount for nearby parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice old hotel in easy walking distance of the river. Loud bars in back on Saturday but quiet Sunday and Monday nights. No coffee in the rooms but hot water and cake downstairs. We’d stay here again!

Basic but it was comfortable and staff were really helpful

The property would have been fine if it wasn’t for the unfriendly staff. Very rude. Did not seem to want us there. Consistantly found smoking outside the front entrance. The restaurant Rössl was terrible too. Waited over 1 hour for food when it wasn’t busy and again very rude staff. Not sure if the 2 are connected but they all seem to smoke in the same place at the entrance of the hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and kind. The room was quite adequate and clean. Good bed linens but pillows are completely flat. We were lucky in July, it was not hot. No A/C is a major concern to be aware of in the summer. Otherwise it is an excellent place to stay on a budget. 5 minutes walk to the Old Town!

A good value gem of a hotel. Spotless. Wonderful staff, including the very helpful Stan. Highly recommended.

On the surface this property seems great, and for the most part, is. The staff was kind and helpful, the location was great, and it was easy to check in/out. I am giving this hotel a poor rating because of the noise in its location. Myself and those I stayed with got hardly any sleep due to noise outside of the hotel throughout all hours of the night. Recognize this is not a fault of the hotel, per se but they could reinforce the windows or even warn guests ahead of time. Additionally, for the price paid for the hotel the parking should be free.
