Hôtel et chambre qui auraient dû être déjà rénovés il y a plusieurs années. Manque d'eau chaude, air climatisé très limité, tapis taché et passé date +++. ... Prix plus bas que la moyenne de Québec mais qualité aussi plus basse que la moyenne. Personnel adéquat heureusement

Il est surprenant de voir que la réception et le lobby ont été rénovés mais que les chambres ne l'ont pas été. Heureusement, les lits ont été changés. Les tapis dans les corridors, les tapis dans les chambres tout est semblable à il y a plus de quarante ans.

Although the staff was kind...the hallway off of the entrance towards the rooms did not smell good at all. The carpet was NOT clean. The room also didn't smell that great. You need better air circulation throughout and you need to let guests know that if they are going to be staying in rooms with a lot of stairs to walk up and down.

Air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Senteur désagréable. Mécanisme des lavabos ne fonctionnaient pas . Le plancher de la salle de bain n’était pas propre ainsi que les tapis de la chambre. Les rampes de l’escalier collantes. On a presque décidé de quitter, mais il était tard. Nous étions très déçus.

I like the fact that there were 2 entrances to the room, one into the hallway and one to the outside where we parked our vehicle. I like the location to the malls and places to visit. Overall cleanliness of the room was okay however the bathroom should have been the cleanest room which it was not. The ice box in the fridge needed defrosting because it was unusable. The room is showing it's age and could use a facelift. The staff were very pleasant to interact with.

there was a bad smell in the whole building of mold. I didn't like my experience.

A so so stay. Price of the room speaks for itself

La chambre était bien! Par contre lors de mon arrivée à l'hôtel la réceptionniste était très froide! J'avais des problèmes avec ma carte et il n'était pas question de payer en argent .. bref .. a tous ceux qui iront ayé votre carte en mains propre ! Car c'est la seule hôtel qui ne prend pas d'argent comptant.

Very outdated, needs a big renovations. Rugs on the floor, tv 20 inches, old headboard, old furnitures, everything is year 1980. They are working on the street in front of this hotel, lots of trafic beside the hôtel, noisy.

Yes, the property is old and in need of a refresh but it was clean, quiet, and safe with very helpful staff.

Pour une nuit rapide sans stress, tout était très bien. Je n'avais pas besoin de grand chose, donc aucune plainte à formuler. J'ai même pu brancher mon véhicule électrique à l'hôtel à côté sans problème.

Flooring has to be upgraded it’s pretty old carpet, no elevator and customers need to carry their luggage up & down slope hallway and stairs, otherwise the staffs are helpful, hotel. Is nice and clean

Auberge Québec un endroit très calme et propre. Bien situé (au cœur de la ville de Québec); et avec du personnel très accueillant.

This is a very old hotel. Like an ancient hotel. But it was well maintained and clean. The location was very good and accessible.

Stayed there for a night in a double-bed room. Everything was comfortable. The only thing they can improve is the complimentary fruits they offer in the morning were not fresh.

Conveniently located on the main street, just a few blocks from the mall
