It’s a nice property we’ve stayed there before. The property needs a good dusting & the big mirror was dirty. The bath was clean & the floors seemed clean. The TV was confusing, we had to have someone come & turn it on. The staff was very helpful & friendly.

Friendly staff , clean room, beds were comfortable, good amenities, great location.

Had a reservation for what was advertised as a one bedroom with king bed. We paid extra for it over a standard room. When we arrived to check in, it turned out that they had no such accommodations with a separate bedroom, only rooms with a king or queen bed. While they offered us the option to change rooms, they did not indicate that the rate would be adjusted or acknowledge that the description of a “one bedroom” was misleading or deceptive. It should be listed as simply a room with a king bed like their other rooms. In the end they offered a full refund and we checked in at another hotel with better facilities and a free full hot breakfast included, which was also better than the Willow Bends’s offering of a free continental breakfast.

New ownership. Not very clean rooms. Room stinks of must and there is this old lamp shade that had a terrible smell that stunk up the whole room. Fridge was not cleaned and there was food left in it. The grout was moldy black in bathroom. No faceclothes or dish towels to re- wash the glasses with. Random furniture left outside the motel area. Very dusty Christmas Decorations at check in area. I've stayed here multiple times. It was a favorite of ours. Never seen it like this. I'll never go back.

Clean and cozy, and staff were very friendly. Gas station and tims across the road, and close to a couple local restaurants

Over priced for the quality of the room

I was very disappointed, and I am not picky. Dirty towels. No face cloths. Barely any hot water. Stains of what appeared to be blood in the bathroom. No snow maintainance outside of room. Smallest telelvision I’ve ever experienced in a motel room. Bed was comfy. That was the only plus. Sad since I like supporting small local establishments.

Staff was great to deal with. Room was clean, could use a deeper clean. And the bathroom lights don’t stay on (turned off after 2 minutes, stayed off for a minute and would come back on.) great location, close to other amenity’s. Overall good place to stay!

Terrible. Place was dirty. Orange stains all over the pillows. When I brought it up they actually knew about it and tried to defend it by saying it is hard to clean out. Well for as much as we paid they should have replaced them. Pictures also very misleading looks nothing like this. We paid upfront for two nights because that is how they do it. We were so grossed out even though we paid for the second night we went home after the first..We arent all that hard to please, this place was just gross. The only plus was that the man came fast to fix the toilet because it wasnt working.

The cleanliness in this motel is lacking. Our floor was very dirty, had minimal supplies in the bathroom and overall felt very dirty/dingy. The food at the breakfast was very stale and the worker stood 5 feet away from us and watched us the entire time we tried to eat breakfast. It made for a very uncomfortable experience. I had previously stayed at the motel 2 years ago and it has has gone down significantly in quality since then. Do not recommend staying here.

For the price the rooms were still in ok condition and not well cleaned. Met the expectations for a motel but over priced for the value.

Staff is fantastic and the room was very clean. Our stay was wonderful. We would have loved to have a recycling bin (and a bin for organics if possible).

The “family unit” needed additional care and preparation.

I wonder why the price quoted on Expedia was different than the payment made at the office. They charged me a tad more. The furniture is dated and the ceiling could use a coat of paint. For me it’s based on principle. It too quite a while to warm up the room because the thermostat was between 5 &10 and it was -6 outside.

Very nice

There was no face cloths, no where the put clothes away, the tub was dirty and the toilet has pee in it. I had a medical issue happen and I bled alot and they were very angry that I used a towel to help stop the bleeding. They said I should have called them so they could have brought me an old towel. They then charged me $150 for the towel. Definitely won't be staying there again.
