I think you get what you pay for, but that's really just the basics. Very little privacy, not much for amenities, and very simple room/bathroom.

I like the location is close to U of AB, the property is clean & safe , I like to play table tennis 🏓, but the table downstair is too small, it is suitable for children to play only !

It was in some areas excellent, it was affordable, it was clean, it was a smoke-free area, has some amenities, but lacking in other areas, no TV in rooms or common area, bathroom wasn't conveniently located on same floor as my room, not much entertainment other than a room with a pool table, and a ping-pong table, snacks were exorbitantly priced, drinks were fair-priced. overall, it was okay.
