The hotel was very clean and quiet.

This place was soooo clean. Our bathroom was immaculate - the tub and sinks shined! No dust or dirt laying on furniture or along floorboards. We even had a fireplace! All the staff we interacted with (front desk, restaurant staff & bartenders) were excellent. Nice, relaxing outside atmosphere. Very easy walk into town.

Very nice hotel. We were able to drop off our rental car and walk to the hotel, spend the night and walk to the airport terminal very early in the morning. Good coffee in the room and very clean. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had.

It has a country feel to the place and the staff were very pleasant.

Location was good for access to the Cabot Trail. Room was dated but clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was great!

Helpfull Staff. Walking distance to Baddeck centre. Good starting point for Cabot trail.

The property is in a great location with restaurants and shops a short walk away. We stayed in a 2nd floor unit with a beautiful view of the lake. The building we were in didn't have an elevator so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs if you're not on the ground floor. Our room had been renovated with the exception of the bathroom, which was definitely a little dated, but completely functional. We did have an issue getting more than luke warm water for our showers the morning of our check out. The front desk simply said it was likely due to the amount of people using showers at that time. It was inconvenient but certainly didn't ruin our stay. We had dinner on the outside patio. The restaurant and patio aren't fancy but the food and the service were both great.

Beautiful clean stay in lovely Baddeck.

We had a great stay overall and were very happy with the service throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Paul at the bar, who really made our stay memorable. He was friendly, engaging, and took the time to have a genuine conversation while offering excellent “spots to visit” recommendations. His welcoming attitude and great service were a real highlight. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we’d be happy to return.

Easy to find. Excellent parking options. Clean. We were given a ground floor unit at the back of one of their three buildings. As a result it felt more like a nice motel than a good hotel. Perhaps we’re given the back door treatment because we booked through a third party site? In any event, the room was fine for our needs as we just spending one. Night there before moving on to other locations. Unfortunately we only stayed the night and choose to find a more economical breakfast option as we are both light eaters and usually don’t get value from buffets. Some issues with billing that were corrected before we left the property. We would stay at this location again.

Very good Hotel with clean rooms, helpful staff and has more than decent Restaurant below which has buffet breakfast (but additional charges). On peak days parking can be an issue but ask the front desk they can let you know some additional parking at the back too.
