Great hotel in a convenient location. Staff were great.

Very nice and clean property! Helpful staff. Rooms sizes vary. Absolutely loved the location and would return for a stay here because of it! Walkable distance to all the amazing sites, restaurants, the harbor, and so much more and yet it’s the quieter part of town!

Staff was super helpful and location was excellent

Location was the only good thing. Everything else was a not what you would expect from a Hotel, it’s more of a Motel rather than a Hotel. First night we arrived we were told that the elevator was out of service and that someone from there office had called us to inform of the elevators not working. Not true no one called, and no one called the couple that had booked

Perfect location in Old Quebec. Charming hotel with most activities close by. I preferred the front building to the back more modem rooms. The air conditioning didn’t disappoint and worked very well. There is an onsite restaurant but so many others nearby. I would recommend and stay here again. Skip the b’fast and treat yourself to the Relais & Chateaux breakfast for a wonderful experience.

There’s an imbalance between what you pay and what you get. Great location, great staff.

Charming small hotel. Convenient location in the old town, but not in the middle of the busy section. A few minutes walk to everything.

Very nice and cozy hotelwith perfect location, Unfortunately elevator wasn't working but we got free breakfest as compensation. If I'll go to Quebec again I will consider theis hotel.

Great location at the base of old town Quebec. A short walk up to the upper old town area. Best to use the funicular to access the upper area for those with mobility issues. The hotel is well kept and very comfortable. We didn’t use any of the food service offerings. Parking was available in a garage roughly 100 yards away. Very convenient. Restaurant options nearby. Access to bike path 100 yards away. We didn’t use any two rides. One along the river and one out to the waterfall- both flat rides around 15 miles round trip. We also used the hop on hop off bus but give that tour a c-.

Excellent staff made our stay in the heart of Old Quebec special and memorable.

Elevator was not working. The smoke detector in our room was chirping and they had us switch rooms. The next day they made us switch back. We didn't care for the bathroom set up. The sink and mirror were inside the bedroom so it disturbed the person still in bed if one of us wanted to get up earlier. The sink had no counter space and the floor around the sink tended to get wet. The location was excellent and the staff was very pleasant. The light breakfast was adequate. Probably would look to stay elsewhere next time.

Perfect location by the port - yes you need to walk or take funicar to the top if you want but all of old port Quebec is within walking distance and clean rooms Now elevator was broken when we arrived Moses at front desk helped carry bags to the 4th floor and was so wonderful! After we reached out regarding the elevator and our concerns being so up they made it right and took care of us This will ensure we will be back Merci

AC unit in room broke a dripped water all over bathroom floor. No free breakfast unless you book directlly with them. Nice rooms and good location. Careful on the front stairs leaving not the safest.

We enjoyed our stay in Quebec City and this property was quite nice. We found the location perfect. Our room was on the 5th (top) floor and the elevator was not functioning. The city is walkable but has a lot of stair and hills to climb. Any time we wanted freshen up or get ready to go out to lunch or dinner, we had to climb to the 5th floor. The last climb of the day felt particularly tough. I'd contact the property to either confirm a functional elevator or a room on a lower floor.
