Lots of parking and green space around

Room was nice. Renovated. Nice fridge and selection of toiletries. Front desk staff was pleasant However, the bed was just awful. So hard (and I like a firm mattesss). Sheets were very rough. Not a complainer and can generally sleep wherever but this bed was next level uncomfortable.

The room was huge which was amazing as we had dogs so we could have kennels set up for them and not be squished like sardines. We had a kitchen, but alot of the stuff was outdated. Couldn't have the microwave and the over on as it would blow the breaker. Made coffee and it tasted really bad plus no sweetener on sight which was hard cause my friend is diabetic. The cafe on sight was delightful, coffee there was great. Thought only open 8am-1pm. The place was really close to a bunch of places to eat so had lots of choice and the food was great! Had lots of options for walking dogs, large grass area around back or a trail and park a minute walk from the hotel. Beds were very comfy and clean. Pillows were very small but comfy if you sleep with 2, so might want to ask front desk for extra if you are sleeping with another person. All in all would definitely come back.

We were on a budget for this trip, and selected a motel that was inexpensive. We were very pleased with the ease of our stay. The room was clean, amenities reliable, and the staff were helpful. We'd stay here again next time we come through town.

If you have low expectations you will be fine. Theres nowhere to set any toiletries and theres nowhere to hang towels you intend to use again. The coffee pot is awkwardly placed on top of a microwave on top of a small fridge. The flooring felt dirty so we felt we had to wear shoes inside.

We had everything we needed for our one night stay. Having the kitchen area separate from the beds helped with cleanliness and visiting.

Room was clean and location was good near all the stores food and pharmacy. Highly recommended.

Parking was easy and in a good location within the city of Courtenay . I was travelling with my dog for a training event in the area and was welcomed whole heartedly by staff. I only stayed one night but was inspired by a full kitchen (stove/oven, full size fridge coffee pot and kettle and microwave) There were also basic supplies for cooking and eating with a table and chairs to enjoy your meals at. The bathroom was a bit small but there was a soaker tub which was a bonus. Sounds between suites was very minimal. I will return again in future and would recommend this location if you want to spend a few days basing yourself in Courtney while exploring the beautiful Comox Valley.

The room was clean but had a heavy perfume smell and infested with ants. We booked this Inn for the hot tub that was listed only to find out there wasn’t a working hot tub since Covid. On top of that I was charged more than the amount I initially signed on for. Location was great and staff were friendly.

The rooms were very cold. It took quite a bit of time to get the heat at a decent level. Heard everything above us all night. Good place to rest your head, but bring ear plugs

The room was fresh and clean, the check-in staff were particularly cheerful and had excellent suggestions for nearby restaurants.

Clean. A few issues needo attention - ISB port in wall socket did not work and curtain sizes insufficient to provide adequate block cover for passage lights.

The room was spotless, the staff was very courteous. We did find the heating unit very noisy making it hard to sleep at night tho.

We stayed in one of the bigger rooms (#251) with our dogs. The room was clean and simple, but had everything we needed like a mini fridge, microwave and tv. It wasn’t high end finishes, but we were grateful that we could have our dogs with us. The staff were all friendly and they gave us a discount on the rate per night for our dogs. The one thing to be aware of is that there are frequent homeless people walking about the area, but not so many that we felt unsafe. We heard that the restaurant attached to the place is very good, but we never made it there. We would stay there again if we had our dogs. It’s simple and clean and we thought it was a fair price.
