Our stay was okay. The cabin itself was relatively clean, but the hot tub was terribly cracked/broken so not able to be used. Also, there were a lot of transient people that walked up to our windows while we were cooking/eating and just relatively going about our stay. Really no privacy which made it a bit uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again

De accommodatie is klein en basic, hoewel dat al duidelijk was van de foto’s en de omschrijving. De hottub was erg fijn, en het uitzicht is geweldig. Er is wel wat achterstallig onderhoud aan de douchecabine en de keuken is erg minimaal uitgerust.

The cabin is great, clean, and cozy, in a beautiful location. It has a hot tub we really enjoy. Self check-in very easy. Parking is by the cabin.

Easy to get to from road. Basic amenities, kitchen well organized.

property owner was so kind to offer us an upgrade to a larger cabin when 1 of the heater wasn't working well, but we didn't want to trouble him, as we are only book for 1 night. the hot tube was great! really enjoy the stay!

The cabins are set in a quiet but not secluded environment, very cute and charming, with detailed instructions on how to use the hot tub.

This cabin was a real highlight of an already awesome visit to Iceland. Gorgeous location, immaculately clean, and beautifully quiet, our family of 4 had a terrific time here. The hot tub was delightful. Highly recommend!

The hot tub was a nice touch although I needed to learn how to clean it and start it up. Olafsjordur basically shuts down at night with only one restaurant open after hours and no grocery stores. The property owner responded quickly to my call for pots and pans.

The cabins were really nice, and some of them look out on a spectacular view. Cabins were clean and warm, and internet was good. Not all cabins have a spectacular view. The instructions to check in were problematic as the keycode was never sent (or never received). In that case you need to go to a different hotel across the street to get the info. The area is beautiful but not developed for tourists yet.

This property advertising was misleading. We expected the cabin to be out of town and with more seclusion, with nature and space around the cabin. The cabins are in a line facing a nearly dry slew not a large lake or the fjord. The TV didn't work. The cabins are beautiful, spacious and clean.

The cabins are cute and the little lake had ducklings when we were there. Easy check-in and check out.
