Parking was excellent and secure

security,gates closed during the day and locked from:9:00 p.m til 8:00 a.m everyone had own key

Habitación espaciosa y limpia con buen aire acondicionado. Ubicación céntrica, estacionamiento seguro y staff muy amable, sobre todo los hermosos perritos.

For Mexico this place is about as good as it gets for one of the more value based hotels. It’s very clean, has hot water, safe parking, it’s a nice place. It’s a ways from the water, Malcom, and the walking path in Loredo but I would stay here again in a minute.

The hotel was playing and location was very quiet. Front desk person was accommodating and very friendly. Big large rooms. We definitely stay here again.

Ladies staff is excellent, asked the guy who was at reception for one coffee pouch to make strong coffee since I had a headache and he refused and said only one coffee pouch was given per room and since I had used it already, if I wanted any more coffee , I should go to the gas station and get it myself. It was 8 at night and I thought it was really rude. Expected better customer service.

Friendly and hard working staff, very clean and nice rooms. Also has a gated courtyard for parking. I would stay again at this property anytime!

This is an awesome very quiet place to stay!! They also jeopardize pet rescues!! Highly recommend!

The most comfortable bed ever!

The secure space is close to the shops, and Church plaza. Bonus, water dispensers on each floor, parking space, dog adoption site. No breakfast in the premises.

The room was good and the staff were very helpful. Water was available for filling up water bottles.

La chambre est sommaire et défraîchie. Le frigo est bruyant. L’hôtel se situe sur la route passante et bruyante. Il y a plein de chiens qui aboient et je ne supporte pas ça. La musique à fond le soir et même la nuit et jusqu’à très tard. Je ne me souviendrai pas de cet hotel

Staff was courteous, room was clean. Loud band and music next door until midnight! Very stressful and not at all relaxing. Very few amenities.

The hotel was run down and decades after its prime when the pictures were taken

Very clean. Hot showers with good water pressure. Friendly staff. Short walk to grocery stores, center of town, restaurants. We felt safe walking at night.
