I have nothing bad to say about the room or the staff, my stay was exalant. I was on the first floor so I found it is be a little loud.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! My husband had a good laugh with the man at the front desk. The balcony was very relaxing and almost every room has atleast a glimpse of Harrison Lake, our room was had a lake view and it was beautiful to wake up to. We’ll stay again another time once the wildfire smoke clears. The next door restaurant, Basecamp and the ice cream place, Picnic were discounted with our stay here. The rooms were as clean as you would expect a Motel near a sandy lake to be, clean linens and generally clean over all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked this motel as we were travelling to Vancouver and wanted to do it in two days to shorten the 8 hours drive we had to do. Booked online and checked reviews and seemed good price with average room. We were disappointed especially with the bathroom. Unfinished repairs, not clean (hairs), and bath tub walls were moody along with the ceiling. Thankfully we stayed only one night. Also, we had to pay $15 for parking our car in by the motel which was a surprise extra cost. We definitely won’t go back and won’t recommend to anyone.

The staff were so friendly and informative about the area, they loved and were so kind to my son. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The nearby restaurant and coffee shop were so convenient and so yummy! We will definitely be back!

They should set up a Webcam in their parking lot. The place is cramped, badly marked, and inadequate as a pqrking lot.

I think the room rental is mainly going to the location right in front of the beach. The maintenance is below standard, such as the table lamp doesn't work, and the door key is stuck in the lock and hard to remove. The sound insulation is very poor, and I can hear the tenants next door talking at night. The receptionist is nice. 10% off from the Basecamp burgers for the motel tenants helps add some positive comments.

Rahul is a valuable staff for the property and was very help during our stay. Even the hotel is not a 5 stars one but Rahul deserves more than 5 stars.

Friendly staff

It's a nice motel. One of the cheaper places in Harrison Hot Springs. Hard to get the tv working but everything else is ok including the A/C. If you stay there you get 10% off Basecamp restaurant. It close to the beach, the mineral hot pool and all the other restaurants and bars.

We lucked out with this little gem. Right across the road from an ocean view with restaurants and stores lined up mere feet from the resort.

Beds were nice. Great tv selection. Parking extra 15 per day. Dogs extra 25 per day. Bathroom was from the dark ages with wall paper coming off wall. Low, low tub and toilet. No electrical outlet. Kitchen had one electrical outlet which was in the oddest place, you had to put the kettle in the corner of the kitchen sink and use that for kitchen and bathroom. It was clean and service people were nice but doubt I would ever stay there again for what they charge.

Barely any parking and expected to park 2km away from the hotel, bathroom was dirty and ceilings stained also room had a bad smell

Stayed on a very hot day. When entering the room in the afternoon, the air conditioner wasn't on and was extremely hot. No fan in the separate bedroom, it was stifling and quite unbearable.

Very old motel not very clean rooms are outdated. Had old blanket on bed that had pet hair on it. Very loud at night.

I have stayed here once before. Really enjoy the owners and the location. One thing thing lacking is a handicap parking and very limited parking which you have to pay for. Close to all amenities so that makes it a plus. Hard to get someone in the office. But when we see them outside, they’re very kind and polite. Should have a phone in the room for certain older ones if they need something from the office. Otherwise no complaints except lots of stairs.
