L'enregistrement se fait ailleurs dans un autre hôtel. Ça sent la vieille église partout et les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Aucun repas sur place.

Very well situated in the center of town within easy walking distance to lake , promenade , sights and restaurants. Big room with good air conditioning. Nice big bathroom. Nice touch: bathrobes. The hotel is in an old house which could really use some tlc to restore the house to its past glory. Free tea and coffee on first floor.

Fair from fancy but ok in any way

ce qui nous a plu c’est la proximité du centre ville, ce qui nous a déplu c’est que c’est très bruyant à partir de 6h du matin, le réfrigérateur et l’acclimatation faisaient un bruit très fort impossible de dormir. Votre avis qui disait que c’est excellent n’est pas justifié. Merci

The property was tired and needs updating. Although the area was very quiet, the ac was noisy.

C’est un incontournable pour nous lorsque l’on va à Magog. C’est un bel hôtel avec un cachet d’époque et bien entretenu. On peut se rendre à pied sur la rue Principale pour les boutiques et restaurants. Salle de bain fonctionnel, lits confortables, on adore. Pour le déjeuner (continental), il y a un supplément et l’on doit se rendre dans l’autre bâtiment qui est tout près à pied.

The hotel itself is very charming. Rooms were clean. Someone checked us in, but leaves at 4 so no one really to help after that. Hotel is owned by someone running another one down the street and you can go there for assistance or continental breakfast for 9.00 dollars each, if you want.

I really enjoyed the property. The location is excellent! The room was spacious. Bathroom was perfect. Everything was very clean. The front desk staff were very helpful and bilingual. I will definitely stay at this property again!

Chateau du Lac Hotel in Magog Quebec great location. You could walk to town 10 mins Very historic building Although nobody there to check us in . You had to go across street other hotel to check in .We understood that you could get continental breakfast at hotel Nobody there until weekend Needless to stay hotel was very quiet and peaceful . Would prefer to have choice of our breakfast They should specify this that they don't have breakfast or any food options so you will know this before booking Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Il y a un charme à se château 🏰 On a bien aimé et c'était très propre jo bous le conseil.

Cet établissement est tout juste acceptable. La chambre ne peut servir qu'à dormir. Rien de confortable pour s'assoir, juste deux petiteschaises pliantes. Aucun service sur place il faut se déplacer à l'Auberge du grand lac pour avoir du service. Aucun ascenseur, les lampes sont alimentées par des rallonges et les prises de courants ne sont pas facielemnt acessibles. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Les chambres sont clean et propre Personne après 16h présent a l'hôtel Pas de service ni petit déjeuner

Style vieillot, atmosphère chaleureux. Il ne serve plus les petits déjeuners.
