Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!

Highly recommend Samoa Beach Resort. Such a lovely stay. Room was clean and spacious and comfortable. I love the buffet breakfast each morning. The restaurant menu and cocktails is reasonably priced great selections of food and lovely cocktails..blue lagoon was my favourite :) The resort has an ATM which was lovely. Attended a weaving activities on the day..made a bangle, bookmark using bandannas plant. Great gym and clean bathroom. Lovely big pool and a swim up bar, and beautiful white sandy beaches. I love that they offer fresh cold coconut to drink on arrival at reception! A bit more training on customer service otherwise the friendly smile and warm welcoming was lovely. The resort had everything and didn’t have to drive into town that was 50mins away. Will stay again - Thank you

Nice place to stay. Quiet and away from the main areas on Upolu. Close to the wharf and airport, far from shops but they do have a shuttle service. We hired a car for the duration of our stay which gave us the freedom to wander all over both islands (Upolu and Savaii) No information provided in our room to know how things operate (towels, FiaFia night, breakfast times, beach safe areas etc) but staff happy to answer questions. No room internet to cromecast to the TV, so got to watch a bit of Discovery channel, but there was Guest WiFi. Nice safe area for children and all staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with so many options but menu food for lunch and dinner was a bit average. Extra nights like BBQ, Banquet and FiaFia were too expensive for our budget Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family and friends

Generell und wenn man das mit anderen Unterkunft in Samoa vergleicht, sicherlich sehr gut. Ich hätte mir beim Frühstück zum Beispiel mehr Obst und Gemüse gewünscht. Es war vor allem warmes Essen so wie beim Mittagessen Sachen vorhanden. Es gab im Gartenbereich immer wieder Müll zu finden da hätte ich mir auch mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. Das Personal war sehr Freund

Beautiful Location and Great relaxing place to be, totally recommend.

Room was great. Loved being on the water.

The resort is conveniently located near the airport. The staff were all very warm and friendly, however there's room to improve hospitality management skills. The resort infrastructure is quite extensive and ageing - unfortunately we had issues with having no or very limited hot water in two of the rooms we were moved to. The food is fresh and well prepared but the menu could do with a higher level of variety or rotation for longer stays. The gym and health spa were very convenient but the facilities require maintenance upkeep. I had a traditional massage which was one of the best I have ever received - truly blissful. I think the resort will improve as it has only recently been taken over and there is a learning curve in play. Would I go back? Yes absolutely because to spite all of these small things we loved our stay and the friendly staff. We particularly enjoyed the cultural activities and the impressive cultural night.

Excellent resort, nice beaches, pool, also spa. Food was outstanding good variety!!! The rooms were big, the rooms looked out to the ocean.

Amazing place. Really close to airport and ferry. On a pretty beach and great pool area. Breakfast buffet had huge range. When had small issue aircon fixed really quickly.

Overall: A relaxing stay with great airport access, but service needs some tightening up. ​The Room: Spacious and clean, though the floor in our initial room (we stayed there twice due to our arrival and departure times) felt like it needed a good mop. I missed the complimentary slippers the previous Sheraton management used to provide, but otherwise, it was a good space. ​Amenities & Atmosphere: Great, relaxing vibe. The beach and pool are both lovely. They did run out of pool towels due to how busy it was, resulting in a bit of a wait. We also checked out the casino for the first time and appreciated the good deals they offered. ​Dining & Service: The food was decent, but the wait staff operations need improvement. Our order was misplaced, and three tables that arrived after us were served first. It took me speaking up to get things moving. Despite having plenty of staff on the floor, there was a lack of consistent follow-up with tables. ​Location: Highly recommended for its proximity to the airport - very handy for early morning flights or late check-ins.

Beautiful place. Panoramic views. Staff are very friendlly. I would definitely stay there again.
