Hotel muito novo e bem decorado. Quarto muito confortável. Atendimento cordial e eficiente. Ótima localização, próximo à estação Busto Arsizio Nord. Recomendo fortemente.

There were both positives and negatives during our stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel was extremely clean, the staff members were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the secure free parking available in the basement. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. We stayed for three nights and booked four rooms for our family, and every room had the same issue — the AC did not cool properly at all. On top of that, the cooling system would automatically shut off every night, leaving only the fan running. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told that this was normal and could not be changed. Another disappointment was the breakfast. It was not included with the stay and cost around 13–15 euros per person, which did not feel worth the price. We only tried it once during our visit. Although the hotel seemed fairly new and very well maintained, I was not a fan of the location. There was very little within walking distance, such as cafés or restaurants, and the area did not feel particularly safe to walk around after sunset. One more inconvenience that stood out was the ironing policy. Instead of bringing an iron to the room upon request, guests are required to go to a hallway on the first floor to iron their clothes, which felt unusual and inconvenient. Overall, despite the issues I would still consider it if all the issues are fixed.

Vicino alla stazione di Busto Arsizio Nord, 10 minuti da Malpensa terminal 1. Ottima pizzeria di fronte. Materasso confortevole, bagno comodo, stanza silenziosa e discretamente ampia (siamo riusciti ad aprire 2 valigie grandi sul pavimento). Ascensore veloce.

Free secured undergrad parking. Great grass routes close by and also close to the train station if you want to go into Milan.

Il mio soggiorno di due notti al Tower Hotel è stato davvero al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. Fin dal momento dell’arrivo, il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale, professionale e sempre disponibile ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Il check-in è stato rapido e senza complicazioni, il che ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole dopo il viaggio. La camera era impeccabile: spaziosa, pulitissima e arredata con gusto moderno. Il letto era molto comodo, garantendo un riposo perfetto, e tutti i servizi offerti erano di alta qualità. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l’attenzione ai dettagli, che ha fatto davvero la differenza. Anche le aree comuni dell’hotel erano curate e accoglienti, creando un ambiente rilassante e piacevole durante tutto il soggiorno. La posizione è comoda, sia per chi viaggia per lavoro sia per chi è in zona per piacere. La colazione è stata un altro punto forte: varia, fresca e ben organizzata, con opzioni sia dolci che salate per soddisfare tutti i gusti. In sintesi, è stata un’esperienza eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi comfort, qualità e un servizio impeccabile. Sicuramente tornerò!
