A short drive to Ilfracombe and Woolacombe, shops and beaches nearby. Friendly and helpful hosts. Clean rooms with all the amenities you would expect. 10/10

Lovely stay here. Very helpful friendly lady met us on arrival and explained where the games room was which was fab offering table tennis, pool and darts, we were then shown to our room. It’s a dog friendly place. Although we didn’t have a dog it was fun to see them. The apartment was clean and comfortable and great hot water for the shower. The communal garden was large overlooking fields and you can just see the sea which was a nice surprise. Ilfracombe is close by and a lovely little town with the verity statue at the harbour with boat trips being offered. Short drives to other stunning beaches. It was a lovely self- contained property for one or two people. I think it would feel crowded for any more. The hosts even bought a new TV when i couldn't watch the Olympics on the old one. The games room was great but if I hadn't known the people in the cottage next door, I don't know how i would have gained access. It was a lovely peaceful stay with everything I needed and very kind, helpful hosts.
