Ideal for what we wanted. Reasonable price and opposite the train station for direct 15 minutes journey into Liverpool City centre. Free parking and a Toby carvery next door for food and drink if required. Within walking distance of a big retail park with lots of shops and eateries.

Desperately in need of a refurbishment Shower room handel came off in hand. Decor well outdated no air con expect not much and you won't be disappointed.

Easy free parking right outside. The check-in desk wasn't manned when I arrived, but there were clear instructions to call through, and a polite staff member gave instructions how to retrieve the key. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of room, comfy bed and a decent shower. There were no sockets by the bed for your phone as someone else has said, but just unplugged the kettle or hair drier. There was a bit of noise from the room above for a short time, it would seem the ceiling soundproofing is a bit thin. Checkout was easy, just dropped the key in the slot at reception. I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area, it's a basic no frills alternative to Premier Inn or Travelodge.

Ideal for visiting Liverpool. Opposite the train station direct into the City. Reasonable prices and very close to a retail park and large supermarket. Toby carvery opposite the hotel and KFC also nearby. Plenty of free parking.

Parking easy, rooms in good condition

Parking is directly outside the building. Rooms were clean, bathrooms could do with a bit of work as quite dated and not as clean as would be expected. Stadf for check in were polite.

The property was easy to find and was across the road from a metro station with good links to the city and other locations. On site parking was safe and well lit. The place had the look and feel of a Premier Inn, even to the colour scheme. My room, no9 was clean, comfortable and spacious. The only negative was that the floor of the room above creaked loudly every time the occupant moved around. I'd definitely stay there again but in a different room.

NO HEATING, NO STAFF, TOILET RUNNING ALL NIGHT SO COULDN’T SLEEP PROPERLY WITH THE NOISE. ONLY TWO PLUG SOCKETS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROOM. NOT ENOUGH TOWELS. ONLY ONE TOILET ROLL & WASN'T REPLACED FOR TWO DAYS. HAD TO RING RECEPTION TO GET MY OWN TOILET ROLL. HAD COBWEBS ON THE CEILING AND A BEETLE ON THE PILLOW. ONLY GOOD THING IS THE LOCATION.

Room was sizeable, a little tired but clean. There were no hotel staff on the premises, though we passed the cleaners in the morning. Disappointed that we asked to pay an additional £30 to be able to check our past 10am on any day, never mind Valentine's Day.

Basic accommodation! Only 2 electric pockets in the room (used for kettle & hairdryer)! Sound proofing is rubbish- could hear the person in the room above stomping around & as a result we left for home at 2.30am because sleep was impossible!
