The staff were helpful, overall, the hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was small but included fresh items and eggs made to order. It was nice to stay away from the buzz of the old town during the San Fermines.

The best place to be in Pamplona, excellent breakfast, the staff super nice and a lot of more things.

I appreciated the room upgrade. However, the hotel is further than expected from the train station. Lots of cafés are around, but nothing was open while we were there as we were there on a Sunday.

Check in took a very long time and the staff was not welcoming at all and ignoring its customers .. the lac of customer service at the reception was a bad experience
