Mycket trappor.

The kitchen was tiny and somewhat equipped: coffee pods, dish soap provided. A little cramped for two people. We parked in an underground lot about 5 minutes walk away. We walked everywhere from this location. There are stairs required to get to the unit. Overall clean, comfortable and convenient.

The property was ALOT smaller than appeared in the pictures. Please bring your own amenities because nothing is really supplied. 3 tiny bottles of shampoo/body gel was definitely not enough for 4 nights. They were extremely responsive with any issue I had. Location was AMAZING. Close and in walking distance to absolutely everything!

The apartment itself was absolutely brilliant. Lovely and clean, everything you could possibly need. No dishwasher just for info but there is a washing machine. A great view over the city. There are a few restaurants and coffee shops close by too which were good. There are a huge amount of steps upto the apartment we were in though. 52 to be precise and they are of varying depths and the first staircase is quite narrow which was a challe ge with a 20kg case. There are also approximately another 40 odd steps upto the building itself. Although if you choose your route there are plenty of ramps. The paths upto the building were grubby and there was some graffiti. On a few occasions the local children gathered outside the building and were quite noisy. When coming back from and evening out one lad was quite disrespectful. 'My Flats' have several apartment buildings in the area, we were in building 15, flat 53, top floor. You are not far from the centre of Alicante. Would we stay again? Yes, but with a much smaller case!!

Wonderful property in the perfect location for exploring Alicante on foot. Everything was exactly as the photos. Easy check in and great communication! There are lots of steps - something to be mindful of. We would definitely stay again!

Really good location and view - apartment had everything you would need and was spacious. Staff contact by WhatsApp and phone worked well and we had no issues. The apartment was in the old part of town (on the hill to castle) and on the 3rd floor so great for us who travel light and are keen to get those steps in ..but not for people with accessibility requirements and lots of luggage -highly recommend

A localização é excelente — bem no centro, próxima a muitos restaurantes e bares. Ideal para solteiros ou casais jovens que queiram explorar a região a pé. No entanto, é importante destacar um ponto negativo importante: o acesso ao apartamento é bastante desafiador. Desde o estacionamento público mais próximo, são cerca de 130 degraus até o pavimento do imóvel. E, quando parece que acabou, ainda há mais alguns lances de escada dentro do apartamento. Isso pode ser um problema para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, crianças pequenas (mai caso) ou malas pesadas (meu caso também). Outro ponto que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza: o chão do apartamento estava com areia, o que comprometeu um pouco a experiência. No geral, vale pela localização, mas é bom estar ciente das escadas e das limitações de conforto.

My flats old corner is a beautiful modern apartment, exceptionally clean and fresh, ideal for a short stay. However, if you are travelling with a suitcase be aware the entrance stairs are very narrow, making it extremely difficult to navigate a suitcase upstairs (of which there are many), light travellers, absolutely ideal. There are also many stone steps leading up to the apartment on the outside which were dirty, not something the agency can control, but would benefit from a thorough clean. Overall a very enjoyable stay, with helpful staff, responding promptly.

Todo perfecto. Apartamento ideal para vacacionar unos días en Alicante en familia. Éramos mi esposa, yo y mis dos nenas y estuvimos súper cómodos. Tiene además todo lo necesario para pasarlo de diez, y se encuentra a metros del centro. Muy recomendable.

The stairs were ridiculous. Arriving at the front door requires 20 steps up from a plaza. Then from the front door to the flat, three flights of extremely narrow and steep stairs. Once in, it’s a very nice place for a single or a couple.

Boendet ligger fint inbäddat i övre delen av Gamla stans kvarter med mycket charm. Väldigt mycket trappor, så inget boende för den som har några fysiska besvär. Jag fick knappt upp min väska till andra våningen i den smala trappen. Fin terrass med markis där frukost intogs varje morgon.
