很方便，室間又濶落的酒店。

室內空間不錯的工業風客房，服務人員親切，有免費的咖啡、果汁可以喝，出門門口右邊就有便利商店，左邊就是藥妝店，如果還買不夠，過馬路到對面還有24小時的唐吉訶德，生活機能不錯。

Overall is very good. Large room and convinient location with lots of food nearby.

晚上車輛經過有些嘈吵，房間光線不夠充足

The room Is modern and clean, but the lighting is abit insufficient at my room. still it Is a nice hotel, and the public space with tea and coffees offering, that's very nice.

The location of the hotel is fairly close to Osaka/Umeda Station, about 10 minutes walk through underground malls. However, there are a handful of underground malls in the area. We got lost a few times in this web of malls. There is a “pharmacy”, expanding from B1 to 2/F, in the same building which is very convenient. One major setback for our stay was that we were staying on the 4th floor and for some reasons we could hear the noise from the street where many restaurants/bars are on. Every single night! People are loud there. I

飯店服務人員都很親切、笑容很甜、地點也便利距離梅田車站走路8分鐘 附近餐廳選擇多、重點一樓就有藥妝店！

가적여행갈 때 여기 정해두고 갑니다. 직원분들 항상 친절하시고 위치가 정말 좋아요. 공항에서 리무진이용해서 가기도 편하고 호텔 시설이 다 새 것이라서 청결하고 편해요. 바닥 카펫 아닌것도 화장실 샤워공간 세면대 분리되어있는 점도 가족여행시에 너무 편리합니다. 아침 무료 조식도 간단한 빵과 커피 주스인데 아침에 꼭 커피 마셔야 하는 분들은 정말 편하실 듯 합니다!! 세탁기 건조기 얼음 자판기도 편리하고요 호텔 주위에 몇 걸음만 걸으면 메가동키 이치란 스시로 야끼니꾸집들 이자까야 많아서 편리합니다. 일층엔 드럭스토어가 있고요. 처음 오픈한 지 얼마 안 됐을 때 이용해보고 가족 모두 만족해서 오사카 갈 때에는 이곳으로 정해두고 갑니다

We booked two rooms and both were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station. The breakfast was simple; pastry, selection of juices, and a good coffee.

Great location within easy walking distance to Osaka station. Hotel staff were friendly. Room was clean and modern with everything you need.

Stayed in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto and Tones Osaka was THE best hotel. The room was very roomy and comfortable. The bath/shower was great for soaking after a long day of walking and then rinsing off. The comforter was very fluffy and cozy. Highly recommend this hotel!
