Overall experience is superb and location is convenient. Very clean and quiet. One slight suggestion over summer, if each bedroom can have a fan will be great!

Nice place. Only drawback was we lost power from 7PM to 1:30 AM and husband has CPAP.

Room did not have working central air-conditioning, they had a portable air conditioner but did not inform me about it. Door to the balcony was not lockable. Did not inform me it either. Bed we in a terrible shape, not stable and sqeeking. Location was very convenient. Overall not satisfactory stay.

This property is unacceptable. The reviews do not accurately reflect the actual condition and experience. The biggest issues were noise, cleanliness, and customer services. The room was extremely noisy, with significant street noise and sounds from other units throughout the day/night. The floor was also noticeably dirty, our children’s socks became black. We also encountered a strong smoke odor in the bedding. While the sheets were changed after we reported it, the bed still had an unpleasant smell afterward. Another concern was that the listing presented the property as a hotel led us to expect standard hotel services. However, upon arrival, we were informed that no room service during the stay and that additional services could result in extra charges. We were also instructed to vacuum the floor before checkout. This made us uncomfortable and raised concerns about the property’s cleaning standards, as it created the impression that the cleanliness of the floor may depend partly on previous guests rather than being fully handled by professional housekeeping. What was most frustrating was the response from management. After we communicated our concerns, they did not meaningfully address the cleanliness issue and why they are so hard to reach at. Instead, they emphasized that other guests appreciate their space/independence. This felt dismissive and sounds like our concern were a matter of personal preference rather than legitimate issues that require attentions.

Access to the centre was quick and easy. There is a supermarket very near, which made it great for taking advantage of the kitchen.

Nice and clean apartment, only 20 km from Old Quebec City. Walking distance to a major plaza with lots of food options. Beautiful view from the gallery, but it depends on which apartment you get. The shower stall and common bathroom sink are too small; they could be a little bigger. It's a self check-in, which is a simple process if you are tech-savvy. Will book next time if I visit Quebec City again.

Good place to stay with family

Good for families

I would not recommend this property to anyone. To begin, the communication with the property owner was inconsistent and they not answer any of my questions regarding the booking. The phone number to contact the virtual reception was also unavailable and did not work. In the room itself, there was a lot of dust and it did not feel well cleaned. There was glue visible in the sink faucet and mirrors and the furniture was also loose and unstable. They also didn’t provided basic items such as toilet tissue during the stay, and did not respond to requests for such items.

We were a group of seven and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Everything went smoothly, from the self check-in process to the convenient parking. The neighborhood felt safe and secure, making our stay even more enjoyable. The unit was well-equipped with complete kitchen utensils, which was perfect for our group. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

C'était mon 2e séjour à cet endroit et certainement pas le dernier. Il y avait un petit bris dans l'appartement à notre arrivée. J'ai contacté l'établissement et la réparation a été effectuée très rapidement. Excellent service à la clientèle.

Super tout était bien et en ordre

A nice and spacious suite with very useful amenities. Definitely worth staying in again.

Room/ bathroom were clean but the oven and drawer under the oven were not cleaned. Wasn’t sure if the dish towels had been washed. The door mat had snow/salt stains from last winter and needs to be washed or shampooed. The fridge was leaking and needs attention because we had to keep mopping up the water. Housekeepers should have reported this some time ago. Other than this, we loved the apartment.

No words everything is good and well maintained and organized

I didn’t cook or stay for long. However I thought the details for how to get into the building after hours could have been clearer. Thankfully someone trusted that I did actually have a room in the building and let me in. But I tried the codes that were given to me in the messsge and didn’t have any luck.
