El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.

The rooms are very comfortable and perfect for a nice rest or catch up with homework if you are a student and are also traveling

My wife and I spent 5 nights at the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods which were attractively arranged and replenished as needed. The variety was sufficient for a vegetarian diet. Our room on the 7th floor was super quiet and it was easy to replenish supplies. The front desk was efficient in arranging taxi services as needed. My wife and I have traveled to many South American countries and this hotel is as good as any of them. It was a very nice 5 days.

Very helpful staff, convenient location in the historical center of Santiago. Breakfast lack variety; it is basic but sufficient. Could be more helpful if the hotel has adaptors to lend.

Hears fighting/glass breaking and yelling outside of hotel at night. Room was fine but loud from road outside the window. Many other hotels in the area to stay.

Heater, tv, were not working properly

Good location but small reception with no lobby for guest waiting to check in. Reception are not so friendly, unwelcoming and simply dont care about their guest.

They had a free breakfast...the area it's in was not too safe in the evening. The front desk staff was all right but not particularly friendly. The view was nothing special but at least the place itself felt safe because they kept the front lobby locked to outsiders. They had a vending machine in the lobby, so although water was not free, at least it was available to purchase. They don't store your luggage, so we had to pay an extra $30 to extend our checkout time just so we had a place to keep our luggage till our flight. The room had a microwave and mini fridge which was helpful to have. And their safe was large enough to keep our laptop in. And there is also a minimart (Oxxo) a 1 min walk away which was helpful as well.

Oui, le menu du petit déjeuner était bon avec beaucoup de choix. Le personnel était au petit soin et souriant.

The breakfast was good. The only complication I had was with the luggage hold, there wasn’t any space at the time, but the hotel in front had some, so it wasn’t so bad.

Quarto bom. Secador de cabelo nao tinha ar quente. Solicitei um secador emprestado e nao tive resposta. Solicitei troca de quarto e, depois de dizer que trocariam, falaram que nao seria possivel. Funcionarios bem ríspidos na tratariva dessa demanda. Nao recomendo, especialmente se precisarem de secador, pois eh so para enfeite.
